"There was hair on towels. There was black curl hair...lots of it...on the shower wall, very noticeable next to shampoo container. There was oily handprints on the wall next to bed. When we arrived, we asked for all three of our rooms to be on same floor. Staff was very rude about it. They did not place us on the same floor. Your hotel key does not allow you to go to a floor that your room is not on. Therefore, every time we wanted to hang out in someone's room, we had to all meet downstairs, then all go to the floor together. Very inconvenient."
