“Best Hotel off The Strip”
Arrived at the hotel no problems checking in.at all checking in.Our bags were removed from the car and the porter waited next to them while we checked in.The check in agent was very polite, friendly and made us feel very welcome.Managed to upgrade to club level even though we booked through expedia!We were offered a chocolate with our room keys which I thought was a nice touch.The club lounge which offered water and soft drinks 24/7. From 5.30-10pm hor'derves and desserts were complimentary. Alcoholic beverages were available which had to be paid for. Each morning from 6-10am there was a complimenary breakfast available. There was a choice of cereal, toast,bagels,salmon,orange juice and coffee with a different hot selection each morning.I couldn't fault any part of the accommodations the cleanliness, space, comfort, housekeeping it was all top class.The room also had tea and coffee facilities which is a plus as most hotels on the strip don't supply this.The nightly turndown service was especially nice.They would turn down your bed,close your curtains,leave a chocolate on your pillow,leave a bottle of water next to your bed and leave additional coffee if needed.All the staff were very friendly, informative and helpful I would not hesitate to either stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
“Nice quite hotel away from the strip”
A very nice, clean, modern, non-gambling hotel away from the strip. Right next to the sky train station. Very convenient to go to the strip without a car.
“Renaissance Las Vegas”
Very nice hotel (non-gaming). Very comfortable room and bedding. Was there for a 3 day meeting. Banquet food was excellent, as was the banquet service. Hotel by the convention center, but not near much else, and a few blocks to the strip.
“Very nice hotel to stay at”
We didn't care about staying on the strip. This hotel is not far away at all. It is a great price, and a very nice place to stay at. The restaurants on site are a little pricey though.
“Renaissance Las Vegas”
The Renaissance is a gorgeous boutique hotel located off the Vegas strip. Rooms were extremely comfortable and stylish and the entire hotel is smoke-free. Highly recommend for those who wanna avoid the casino scene and the second hand smoke.

“Like new”
Everything in this hotel is clean and like new. There is a Phillips Flatscreen HDTV, a CD player, cordless phone and free high speed internet in your room. The bathroom has a sliding door, and a separate shower and tub. There are enough pillows on the bed and enough towels in the bathroom for two families. There is a fridge, but no minibar. I do not really care about minibars, but some people do. Room service was very prompt and courteous. I ordered a meal and was told it would be here in 40 minutes. It was here in less than 10. Bellhops, desk staff and room service were very professional. This hotel is all about cleanliness and service. If you want to be in the middle of the city, then this is not the place, but if you want a relatively quiet room at a good price and good service, then stay here.
“A delightful Home away from Home”
Before i decided to stay at this hotel i had read the two previously left comments. One comments was great while the other was terrible. I honestly think that the second gentleman stayed at a different hotel, as this property was absolutly beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and even offered us fresh lemonade while we waited for our car one day in the lobby. The hotel rooms are beautiful with a great carpet and to die for bed with a FABULOUS duvet! The washrooms accomadate a bath tub along with a glass shower, and the rooms and hotel were extremely clean. If you are going to Las Vegas and considering this hotel it is a GREAT place to stay and is a short 3 minute walk to the tram which will take you right to the strip. I am so glad we stayed here and will definitly be returning!
“Great, smokefree hotel close to the strip”
It was great to stay at a smoke free hotel, close to the strip. The exercise facility was good, and open 24 hours, complementary. The fornt desk was very helpful at all times. A great hotel to stay in to get a "break" from the strip and action. I would strongly consider staying here with kids and on business.

Where can I begin! From the valet once you pull in at the hotel to the complimentary shoe polish for my shoes!! The renaissance hotel in Las Vegas is awesome! You can not go wrong with the hotel. My friends and I were extremely satisfied and we have found our hotel every time we arrive in Vegas! Just awesome and will recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you for making my birthday stay wonderful and very accommodating staff!! Thanks again!
