"Look, Laughlin is not for everyone. If you have family, it’s somewhere to take the family & enjoy VALUABLE time spent. You can take kids jet skiing & chill on the little beachside sand area behind Harrah’s a little down the way.. walkable.. rooms NEED to be upgraded for SURE though. Ceilings are too low in restrooms. TV’s are outdated, no closets.. no safe boxes in room we stayed in… bathrooms are too small. Housekeeping don’t clean rooms unless you call to ask…"

"The hotel needs renovation. Pools were dirty and not enough staff to keep clean. Beach area was rocky and not well kept. Worst is the fact that my kids’ room had 2 flying bugs and were not able to get a hold of the front desk to accommodate a room change. Beach Cafe food also is bad. Stay away if you can. Overall, very disappointing stay."
