“Very comfortable stay”
Lovely and comfortable rooms. Good parking and excellent out of town location. The only let down was the dining ... which was bit below par - but acceptable.

Wonderful hotel.Excellent staff. Try the 'Mohita' cocktail & make sure you have the 'Great British breakfast' in your room - a real treat with the sunday papers!
“One of my favourites”
An exceptional ultra-modern hotel with attentive staff and an excellent room. The only quarm I had is that outside noise can be heard from inside the room especially if the room has a joining door. I was able to hear the next room's TV.

THe staff at the hotel were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted the lounge menu and they were happy to let me have it in the restaurant. Lovely big rooms.

Had a one night stay here,very impressed with room and staff. Restaurant staff in particular were very helpful in arranging breakfast for my 3 year old daughter, long after the 11 am cut off for ordering items from the breakfast menu.
“Excellent customer service”
Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. We travelled with a baby and they were only too happy to keep milk and icepacks in the their fridge freezer. When the restaurant was busy in the morning for breakfast and we were anxious to be off they gave us coffee and croissants in the the lounge.Never in all our travelling have we experienced such friendly staff in a large hotel chain.
“Excellent hotel”
The Marriot is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Leicester. We had a king size room which was very spacious and clean and had all the amenities that you could want for a stay. The reception staff was not particularly friendly but the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of food for breakfast too. Shame there wasn't a tv in bar downstairs as my husband wanted to watch one of the world cup matches on one of the afternoons that we were there! Great shopping centre nearby too.

Whilst at first glance this is just another soulless business hotel, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the reception and quality of service we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
