we went into expecting the worst, but this place was amazing, great customer service and room king size smoking was awesome... I would go there again in a heart beat

“Great place to stay”

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for visiting Georgetown College - which is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was very good. The price was right, too.

“Perfect one night stay”

I stayed one night and was very pleased with this hotel. The room was very clean, plenty of towels, plenty of space in bathroom and a nice water pik showerhead. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was located in a nice quiet area. I will definitely stay again!

“Would not stay here again”

First off this was in a dry county, which I did not know anything about. It needs some basic up keep done, has very rough hallways, etc, the elevator was the slowest I have ever been in. Not very convienent to get to the pool from our room. Overall though everyone was nice, and the bathroom and sheets were clean. However there are MANY other hotels in this area and if I go back here I would try those before I visit this one again.

Problems during our stay. Voiced our problems to the clerk person. Asked her to forward our problems we had while we were staying their to the owner. She did write them down. Told me that she would give them to the owner. Have not heard anything from the owner.We stay at this Hotel every year. This is the first time that we ever had any problems during our stay. Everytime our grandson and his friend wanted to play ping pong, we were told that they had to put down a $5.00 depost to play. If they break a ball, they loose their deposit. They would get the money back if the ball is OK. We never had to do this before in order to play ping pong. One time the kids were given a ball that had a little crack in it. When they went to hit the ball it broked. They gave it back to the clerk. She gave them their $5 deposit back . A little while later she came to us and told us that we need to pay five dollars for the ball. We told her that the ball was allready had a crack in it before we using it. She never said any more about it. We went out to a store and bought a package of ping pong balls for $2. We gave the clerk a new ping pong ball. I had her make a note of us giving her a new ball. In case we would be charged $5 on our account. Their was a 3 & a 7 Yr old.that were unsupervised in the dining. Running around while I was watching TV. Clerk heard and saw them running. I told clerk. She did nothing about it. POOL TABLES off limits. Room booked for 4 days. Kids favorite. Why stay their.
