“best stay in Libertyville”

The hotel has definitely seen some use, but in all respects, everything was very clean and well maintained. All staff were efficient and above board in courtesy.

For those who as going to visit the Great Lakes raea and especially the Great Lakes Naval Base, this is the place to stay. It's only 5.2 miles to Great Lakes Naval Base, 4.5 miles to Gurnee Mills Mall, and 3.8 miles to Six Flags. Everything you could ever want is only minutes away(less than 10 min)...even a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, and a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts about 500 feet away! lots of restaurants nearby, friendly and courteous staff, room cleaned everyday...My family and I loved it. I would definately recommend this hotel, and if I go back to pickup my son from the Navy Base, i'm staying here again for sure! :)

I can't wait to go back to Chicago, my experiencie was very good, the reason Why I went to Chicago was for my daughter Navy's graduation, I went with my son and we enjoy a lot our trip to Chicago, Days Inn is a very good hotel, the people who works overthere is very nice, they answer all my questions, and gave me directions how to find a place and the hotel is very clean, a love it!!

“Libertyville Great Hotel”

This is a great hotel. Very clean rooms and friendly help. Location is great, close to Gurnee Mills and Six Flags.

I had absolutely no problems with this hotel; I wasn't there long, just a very quick overnight stay. However, the staff was kind, and everything was clean.

The shower pressure in room 219 was not very good.

Six of us booked 3 rooms here the weekend of 10-13-11 thru 10-16-11 to attend graduation ceremonies at Great Lakes Training Center. The hotel is located about 5 miles straight down the road from GLTC, very convenient and easy to find the entrance to the base. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Don't stay here and expect turn-down service and little mints on your bed, but for the money it was great. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Gurnee Mall and Six Flags, we recommend going to that area for shopping and dining as there are many selections. However, Libertyville is a great little town and has many dining choices. We would stay here again without question.

I had overall good experience, but it could have been better. Did not the get the smoking room for the first night, but was able to switch rooms for the second night. They really need to do something about their laundry service, pillow covers, blanket, bed sheet were very clean, but terribly wrinkled, I'd be angry if I were not in happy mood to start with, but I laughed instead.
