“excellent hotel across from Liege Guillemins train station”
This hotel is literally across the street from the train station, the room was large, everything just renovated, stylish, everything you need, clean, internet, parking, really everything.
“We would return in a heartbeat.”
Being in a strange country is intimidating. The staff were so helpful in recommending restaurants and helping us to find places to exchange money. Loved the petite breakfast, Everything was fresh and ever so tasty. Many thanks to the profession and customer service oriented staff.
“I take the same hotel next time I go to Liege”
Everything is exactly as you see in the pictures. The bedroom is very small, but it's very clean. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and it's not far from the center of the city. The train station is accross the street. Beware that you need to pay for parking during the day. During the night parking is free. I probably use the same hotel for my next business trip.
“At the train station”
I've stayed at this establishment several times in the past years and have always been pleased with the quality of the service, the room, and the location. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, are very comfortable and the ones I have stayed in are very quiet. The service from the staff has always been friendly and it is very eager to please. The hotel is located accross from the new Liège train station which is a work of art. To go to the center of the city one needs to take a bus or a taxi unless one likes to walk relatively long distances.
“Superb hotel”
Stayed 3 nights in December. Arriving by train the hotel is 2 mins walk from the jawdropping new Guillemins station. It's modern, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Sometimes the area around a station is not the best place to stay, but not so here. There are several good restaurants and bars just round the corner and it feels a safe area to walk. The bus into the centre of town runs every 10 mins from over the road so it's no hardship not being located centrally. All in all thoroughly recommended hotel - and superb value.

Cheap, very clean, nice staff and feels much more expensive than it is. Well worth the money.
“A haven thirty seconds from a train station!”
I felt very comfortable at the hotel and loved how close it was to the train station in Liege. When I first saw the street it was on, I was a little concerned, but the Husa de la Couronne is like a postmodern haven in a train station district. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't review the food, but I wondered if the price of the buffet breakfast was a little high. As a final note, the staff were efficient and friendly.

“Great location”
Overall this was a great room with a great price and location. It was a little bit warm in the room and the locked window prevented me from getting some cool air in the room to make my sleep more comfortable. I am sure if I asked they would have opened it for me as they were very friendly, but was not enough of an issue for me to bother them with. The room itself had a very moden look to it to include the flat panel TV. The bathroom also had a new look to it, but the paint was somewhat sloppy. That did not take away from the hotel itself, just sloppy craftsmanship. Definitely a great place to stay right next to the train station and only about a 10€ taxi ride to the bars and restaurants in the center. Be warned, the wifi is only available in the lobby and first floors, the rooms have a wired connection.
“Good value”
The Husa de la Couronne hotel is very well located, right across the street from the train station with several good restaurants within walking distance, and just a short trip south of the city center. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and their breakfast (surcharge) was ok. I'm still not used to european breakfast. The room size was about normal for Europe standards, not too small, and clean. Also very quiet. If I had any complaint, it would be that the bed was a bit old and not too comfortable. All in all a good stay in a not too impressive city.
