“Great Location”
The location is good. The staff are trying to be nice and informative, but they are not as professional as I expected. Overall I recommend this hotel

“Excellent Lisbon Hotel”
The only reason the condition of the hotel scored a 4 rather than a 5 was because maintenance was going on and scaffolding was outside our room which meant we had no view which was a shame. Otherwise the hotel and it's staff were brilliant.
“GREAT CHOICE”
Best thing is the location, easy walk to Baixa and Bairro Alto. The Metro stop is just outside and the airport bus also has a stop outside. Good quality hotel, worth it if you can get a good price.
“Fantastic Hotel”
a very enjoyable stay and would definately return for another visit. The room was very comfortable and the beds were fantastic. The location is central, with good restaurants and cafes close by.
“Fantastic weekend break”
When I booked the hotel I mentioned that it was for my wife's 40th birthday, and asked for a rooom with good view. Not only did they oblige but also surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and an interesting cake (pumpkin?). This was a good start to a fantastic weekend, and would definitely recommend.
“Good location and excellent service”
Front desk staff were more than happy to re-park our car right outside the doors and speedily transported our luggage to our room. Room was extremely luxurious, albeit on the small side, only drawback was the red and white artworks which were less than inspiring. The location was excellent on the Aveneda Liberdade, just by the funicular up to the Barrio Alto. As we had to check out at 6.00am we could not experience the extremely comfortable beds to their best advantage, but check-out was extremely quick and staff were on hand again to help with luggage. A good city centre hotel at a very reasonable price.
“Outstanding Service with Excellent Quality!”
This is a great hotel in a great location. Easy access to everything downtown. Great value for the $. I would definitely recommend Sofitel to everyone.
“Elegant and Comfortable”
The room was beautiful and elegant. I actually took a picture. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant and bar in the hotel feature some of the best food in Lisbon. In terms of location, the hotel is a short walk away from all of the sites I wanted to see.
