“Extremely nice!”
Very nice hotel, excellent service, very clean! Shuttle service from airport was way above average. Lobby was brand new (marble) and beautiful. There was a mini-mart on site for snacks and microwave meals. Desk staff members were fantastic. Room was large, clean and more than comfortable. MOST COMFY BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN IN A HOTEL! Highly recommended.

Counter people were always very pleasant and very helpful. Same with the shuttle drivers, and the shuttle service was very efficent and took us (and picked us up) everywhere we needed to be. Outstanding service.

“Great bargain, fantastic location!”
This hotel was a fabulous bargain. Since it was a lower star hotel, I wasn't expecting much, but the beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. The free parking garage was incredibly convenient in the busy downtown area, and I loved the availability of the free shuttle throughout the downtown area. It was especially convenient for our New Year's stay. Being relatively close to the interstate was also useful because it made us 15 minutes or less away from everything we wanted to see.
