“Will be going back again”
The hotel was fantastic, the reception team were so helpful. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. Bedrooms where roomy clean and stylish. I had dinner in the bar, resurant and evan had room service during my stay and they were all great and always served with a smile. The hotel is situated in a great location not to far from the shops and docks but not to close that you get the husel and busel of the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Liverpool city center. My only bad comment is watch out for the carparking ouch the price of that hurts, its hihger than london prices.
“excellent hotel”
Would recommend this hotel, the service was excellent and staff where extremely helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast offered great selection and catered for all tastes. What was the best of all was that on Sunday the breakfast buffet was served until 12noon
“Highly recommend”
I took my 2 children for a couple of days in Liverpool to see Walking with Dinosaurs (amazing), Knowley Safari Park (great day out) and Anfield. The hotel was excellent, room great. Plenty of space even with extra bed in room. Very, very pleased and will use hotel again.
“Modern but friendly central Liverpool Hotel”
The hotel staff could not be more friendlier and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease in this modern & stylish hotel. Although central this hotel is situated in a relatively quite area of Liverpool.
“Vey good Value”
We found this hotel to be within easy walking distance of the docks and the town centre. The room was very spacious and the decor looked a lot better than the actual photos. It has everything you need, iron, hairdryer etc. The bathroom was very modern. I couldn't really complain about anything really. The bed was massive. The heating was very good, as it was very cold this year, but we felt warm enough. The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast so I couldn't coment on that, but the resturant looked very nice. For the price we payed I think we got very good value.
“Radisson SAS continues to impress”
I'm always pleased with the cleanliness and quality of Radisson SAS hotels.
“Saturday's can be a problem”
Hotel is GREAT is nothing you can say against it that is unless there is a wedding on! Due to the nature of the building the noise does travel up and it's nice for the wedding guests but is a bit noisy if you didn't get an invite!
“Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again”
What a lovely hotel. The pool, sauna area was gorgeous, very relaxing. There was an ice machine and shoe shine machine on our corridor which i loved. Overall we had a brilliant experience and will definitely stay again. One thing, a glass of wine and pint of lager in the hotel bar was over £14 so be warned!
“Good Central Location”
We stayued in this hotel during a night stay in Liverpool. The Hotel was impressive, the only down side was that the room was not ready an hour after we were supposed to be checked in. The hotel upgraded us to business class which improved our stay. The room on the ninth floor gave stunning views of the mersey. As part of the upgrade we were given free breakfast which was comprehensive in it's selection. I would not have been happy paying 15 pounds for it though!
“Looking forward to going back in the furture”
A fantastic hotel with helpful members of staff, with good local knowledge. Breakfast was lovely and the bed was huge. An excellent stay in an excellent city...Highly recommend.
