"No microwave the TV was working and I did not receive the discount price from hotels.com I had to pay 83.00 instead the discounted price of 54.00 I had it scheduled pay on site and motel 6 was trying to pull money out of my card earlier that day . The check in was at 4 I arrived there at 2:30"

"We called informing them of a late check in. This was their first opportunity to inform us that the elevator was broken. We arrived at the hotel around midnight. The night clerk was sitting down reclined in an office chair with his legs propped up, head phones on, and playing on a laptop. I said hello, sorry to interrupt. He said "It's okay" as if I did interrupt him. Being a former district manager, my coaching and development would have told him to say, "No, please don't apologize. I'm here to assist you. My apologies that I wasn't ready" or something similar. We check in, and it was a very easy process. He informed us that the elevators were around the corner. This was the second opportunity to inform us that they were broken. I would have liked to know before signing the paperwork. We unload our 8 suitcases (yes 8. We have a lot because of our work). We go to the elevator and it's broken. I ask if there's another floor besides the 3rd floor, he says no. I'm very upset now and exhausted. I go to tell my spouse, and when I walk back in, the clerk accommodates us in a first floor room. We are so thankful, but upon arriving in the room, the door isn't even locked. Then, there are two huge, dead cockroaches in the room, and the toilet seat was up (which I don't believe is standard). There was also a live roach in the hallway outside our room."

"Overall it was okay, especially if you're looking for a cheaper option. The room was clean, except for about 4 insects that were already dead. No bodywash or soap was in the room but there was plenty shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom door was a little difficult to open and close, and the toilet would only partly flush at times. I wouldn't call it family-friendly, but it's fine for a short overnight stay."

"The staff she was excellent kind helpful and sweet the room was in good condition air-conditioning was very good. When I booked the room I was thinking it would be a flop of a room. But it wasn't yes the hotel has been in that area through floods and bad years but they have tried to get it going and they have it wasn't expensive or what you would expect a hotel in the area to be it works perfectly for a low budget like I have it made me want to return again. I hope if I do I get the same room again. Thank you for the awesome service. "
