“I would stay there again.”
A business trip. Great value. Great location. Clean, modern and mostly quiet.

The hotel is beautiful, with a very professional and attentive staff. I arrived very early but they were able to put me on priority list and my room was available 2 hours earlier. Thank you! The location is great, right in between the Bayswater station and Paddington station. It is a quiet area with beautiful English buildings everywhere. The room was quite small, but it is London where this is quite common so you can't complain. The bathroom was amazing, and about half the size of the room which was great. The floors in the hallways got annoying as they are uneven and whatnot but that's about the only thing "bad" with the hotel.
“Lovely clean hotel in London”
This hotel is close enough to Paddington Station to walk. Hotel is a great location to get all around London. The hotel staff was wonderful and were able to check our luggage when we arrived early and begin our day. The location is in a neighborhood that is quiet and we walked over to Queensway to get breakfast each morning. Would stay anytime we are in London.

Fantastic value hotel, in a nice quiet residential-looking neighborhood. Extra bonus that it's walking distance from Paddington station, where you come in on the Heathrow Express train. I'll definitely be back.
“Great all rounder”
Had a single room so you expect it to be small and it was ok. Enough room for a small case next to your bed and there was a desk in the room too which was great for work. Welcome was warm and when I needed help or wanted something they were quick to deliver. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located in a nice and central location. Actually the Central Tube line is 10min walk away which brings you within another 15 min to all central locations in London. One can also take a nice stroll in the nearby park or enjoy a glass of wine/beer in the nearby bars and pubs. The hotel itself is clean, modern and has very friendly staff. The superior rooms are small but normal for London. No issue if only one person stays. As a single traveler I loved it.

Excellent for buisness travelers and near all the amenities...the breakfast buffet was 10/10 with great sortiment of food and beverages. Great price for what you're getting...definately would go back again.

The hotel is charming with a very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a great neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk from Paddington or the Central Line at Lancaster Gate.

Not bad at all... would have loved it had they had a 'hospitality suite' where we could have a shower... in stead of in the gym, but excellent over all...
“Good Hotel”
The Hotel has a very good location, near Paddington Station, the neighborhood is nice and there are a lot of restaurants near it. The Hotel has a nice and modern decoration, with excelent service; all personnel are kind and willing to help. The Restaurant has good food, you have options for breakfast: Buffet or Full English Breakfast. The Free Internet at the Lobby is a Plus. Room service is available with good food too. Room is small, as expected but clean and just with needed decoration; the safe box is extremely useful. The only observation I have is with the Cleaning Service, I left a bag with trash and was never pick up,.... I took my own bath towel and one day we return and it dissapear, then when we return another day the dishes from the room service were still there.
