“Superb position for all London sightseeing”
We wish we had booked for longer ! Getting around London was easy (even tho we are pensioners ) proximity of the bus service and frequency to all places was regular and often. We did all we had planned for the 3 days we had and more. There are plenty of eating places nearby offering a wide variety of choices. ( The hotel food id pretty good too) The hotel was up to our expectations and more. The staff friendly and helpful LOVED IT> WE WILL BE GOING BACK

“London escape”
The hotel was in a very convenient location to the tube for getting around London. The room was a great size and very modern. It was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar food was very good. We can't say anything bad about this hotel or our experience. We would definitely stay there again.
“Boat Race Weekend”
The hotel was very well-placed for the Boat Race being just a half hour walk away from the river. The room was very nice with Retro decor and a huge bed. The bathroom was large with a bath and separate shower. Everything was very clean and pleasant. We used the bar at lunchtime when we arrived and, although there was sport on the TVs it was very unobtrusive and quite relaxing. After 11pm we used room service and were able to get a very tasty Pasta and Tomato sauce dish, served very promptly. The bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't use the hotel for breakfast it all looked very tempting! We walked up Chiswick High Road and found a very acceptable cafe. When we checked out at noon, which was great, we had to pay £10 for parking but found this a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Overall a very relaxing experience and at a good price considering it was Easter weekend. I was surprised to get a room at the last minute, although we had originally booked as we were expecting there to be a Rail strike!!! Needless to say this never happened but we, nevertheless, enjoyed our stay.
“London is such a fantastic city!”
We lived here 5 years, so I know London and this was a great hotel. We had a girls shopping/theater weekend and this was a super room for the price.Everything was so nice, pretty decor, friendly service and very comfortable beds too. Good location with a 5 min walk to the Tube and connections at Earls Court to the whole of central London. Definitely will go back!
“Third Stay”
When I'm in London I want to spend most of my time out and about so what I look for in a hotel is a place to shower, shave, and sleep. I also want an Underground station nearby. The Chiswick Moran Hotel is good for all this and the staff is friendly and helpful.
“Smart, comfortable hotel with helpful staff.”
The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good. However lighting in the bathroom was ridiculous. I couldn't see to put on make-up and it felt like night-time in there. When I returned to the main area I was literally blinking into the day light. Ambient lighting is one thing, but at least one good light in the bathroom is necessary, preferably near a mirror for those of us who prefer not put our make-up on in the dark! I would definitely use the hotel again (perhaps with a torch for the bathroom).
“IT charges”
Hotel was fine but internet charges were too high and should be inluded in the room rate. Beware of the small print on the hotel website.
“Nice hotel at an 35 minutes away from downtown London.”
Very nice hotel room. Close to underground station and about 35 minutes away from downton London. Unexpected excelent food in the restaurant. Only problem was taken undeground back to airport which lasted almost 50 minutes with the connection. Advice other guest to take taxi back to airport. Good option of something in between London and the airport with a good value for your money.
