wonderful location. Price excellent best value in London. Free fresh coffee, free Internet couldn't ask for more except hot chocolate! Took a party of 7 experienced travellers and we all felt the same.

A pleasant and comfortable place. Good value for central London. Good location. Restaurant next door OK: good quality but small portions and outrageous to expect a tip on top of a 12.5% (optional) service charge!

Excellent location, near several bus lines and tube stations and attractions. The amenities were very nice, including a well stocked fitness room. The hotel restaurant looked appeasing and stylish, though we did not eat in. The room was furnished in a modern style, with very good TV and WiFi. The shower and toilet were very nice. The only problems had to do with one of the lifts being out of service. On a busy weekend, this was quite a hassle as we often waited five minutes to get the lift and one time we had to wait for the next pass as it was full. Also, though the rooms are climate controlled, it would have been nice if the windows could be opened. They were locked.
“Great hotel in an absolutely fantastic location”
Fantastic location for business customers and tourists alike, we could see St. Pauls from our hotel room. Very close to the Tate Modern, Fleet Street, the Stock Exchange and the Bank of England. St Paul's tube station 1 min walk away. Good size room with all the necessary amenities and more (including an iPod dock, purified water machines and a cupboard on each floor for guests to help themselves to tea, coffee, extra pillows and blankets etc). The only downside was that the air-conditioning in the room wasn't working properly but after informing the hotel staff, it was fixed and we were also offered a fan for the room incase it happened again. Great hotel in an absolutely fantastic location.

Excellent location in Central London all aminities nearby and just walking distance to the London Eye,St Paul Cathedral,Coventry Garden, Financial District, Thames River, easy access to the underground station.

The hotel is in a fantastic location - very close to St. Paul's Cathedral and within walking distance of many other attractions. The customer service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the price was reasonable for a 4-star.
“Very Good Hotel (in a deserted wasteland)”
I would stay in this hotel again! Both the room and bathroom were small but nice. Walls were a little bit thin. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
