“I was impressed”
Staff were very friendly, helpful and responded quickly to give service. I found the staff very professional and they went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed - and were very helpful in getting us the information we needed to get to our flights on time. I was impressed by the quality of service.
“Great Value, Service”
My teenage daughter and I recently spent nearly a week at the Euston Square Hotel in London and enjoyed it very much. We felt the service and staff was excellent and the rooms/bedding were very clean. Yes, the rooms were small but that is typical for London. Very convenient to the Euston Square tube station....just out the door. Also, several good Indian restaurants were a five minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent value for London and we would definitely stay here again on a visit to London.
“Centrally located clean and tidy and modern hotel”
This hotel is centrally located for london shopping and attractions, It is near tottenham ct rd and close to major transport hubs of euston st and st pancras if you want to take eurostar to paris. The room although compact has a very comfortable bed and good shower and enough power points to power up mobile and laptops. Brekfast is consistent and good variety and staff are helpful
“Great value, clean and central”
I was only staying in London for one night. I was looking for somewhere central, handy for the tube, clean and comfortable. The Euston Square Hotel came up trumps and I'll certainly stay there again. The rooms are small (barely bigger than the bed) but perfectly fine if you're not planning on doing much more than sleeping there. The bathroom was also small, but clean with new fittings. The shower was great. The lobby and bar/restaurant were bright and modern and well maintained. The continental breakfast was basic but perfectly delicious. Euston Square tube is 10 yards away. Euston itself a couple of blocks; Warren Street the same in the opposite direction. Kings Cross about half a mile. One nit: service was surly and perfunctory. It'll be a shock to the system if you're used to American-style attentiveness and care. Not a big deal overall, though.
“Great hotel”
-the room was clean, if tiny. It was very conveniently located, being right above Euston square tube station. Having the breakfast included was not only a time saver, but a money saver as well. Overall, I would go back to this hotel. It was exactly as advertised. We, of course, hardly spent any time in the room, but it was pleasant, modern, and as I previously mentioned, clean.
“Neat, clean, good value”
In London for just one night, needed proximity to Euston Station. This hotel was clean, comfortable and just a block away. The room was tiny but comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless with a fantastic shower. Compared to the frumpy Georgian rowhouse hotels on Gower or in Pimlico this was a sharp, clean and well-appointed budget alternative.
“A great and affordable place to stay.”
I wanted to stay in this neighborhood so the hotel was a good fit. It was a little difficult to find from the tube but immediately I was welcomed by the front desk. The staff was lovely and answered all of my questions. The room itself was very small but had heat!!! London is so cold and damp. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the complimentary breakfast. I guess were spoiled in the US. A lot of tube stops around, Euston Square, Euston station and Warren, all within a couple blocks. If you are going to be out late, check with the front desk, they lock the front door after 1-2a.m. You have to buzz the intercom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable, comfortable place to stay. I was very happy and can't wait to return.
“A great little hotel”
This hotel offered comfortable rooms in a very convenient location, with attentive and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with free newspapers available, and the bedrooms had new flatscreen TVs and bathrooms of a larger than usual size for a single room. My only problem was the height of the hanging rail in the wardrobe as I had to stand on tiptoe to reach it! It looks a little down-market from the outside, but has had a complete make-over inside. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
“Great Location”
This hotel was clean, efficient and extremely well situated just outside Euston Station and only a few blocks from St. Pancras Station. We enjoyed the updated bathroom. Breakfast was good and clientelle were generally business/couples. The room was very small so would not work well for families with children. We were able to walk to the British Museum, Covent Garden and Leicester Square area through attractive neighbourhoods.
“Safe, clean & inexpensive-Would most definatly stay again!”
Excellent hotel!! I wasnt bothered by the tiny room, I only used it to sleep. Good breakfast. 10 steps from the Tube & an easy 10 minuet walk to St Pancras. Maybe a 10min. walk or so to all the the main attractions. Hotel was Safe & clean! Kind & Helpful staff available 24hrs. Quick tube ride to the O2 arena.
