“london visit”
very good hotel excellent friendly staff little pricey but you gotta pay for this location
“Intimate space near Harrods”
We felt that we were in the center of everything. The room was good size for Europe. Extremely helpful staff. Also, near tube, buses, etc. There is a grocery store, bank machine, Starbucks, etc. right through the courtyard. The hotel was in a neighborhood, thus not as crowded as most of London. All major sites are within walking distance or a couple of stops away via train. The only negative was the undisclosed "discretionary" charge which was about 6 pounds per day. That was fine with us, but we just hate surprises...

“Spotless and Very Comfortable. Aloof Staff.”
This hotel is in a very convenient location - close to Knightsbridge and the West End in a taxi. The room was well appointed with everything one needed, comfortable and very clean. The room and bathroom with its amenities was faultless. My only slight criticism is that some of the staff come across as unwelcoming and somewhat arrogant. One of the front desk staff flirted around as if he owned both the hotel and half of Knightsbridge - which I suspect is not the case!

Great smart room although not large it is adequate in the Executive room on the top two floors. The front is a little noisy so pick the back rooms. It is much smaller than the Jumeirah Tower but feel much more cosy. Staff are attentive and friendly. Great location to all the pubs and restaurants and coffee houses. The spa at the Tower is great. Room rates is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed in London many times and this is my new hotel of choice. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff was remarkably courteous and attentive.

A great surprise. A wonderful hotel with excellent service in a perfect location in Knightsbridge. Couldn't have been better. Despite being in the middle of renovation work to their restaurant, the staff was more than competent to manage the problem and make guests feel at ease. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
“Great hotel with great convenience”
Close to Knightsbridge but in a quiet setting, the Jumeirah Lowndes was a wonderful place to stay in London. Yes close to shopping and within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert and yes two minutes from beautiful St. James Park. But best of all the staff and amenitities were the best. Solicitous but not obsequious.
