When 3 women checked into a triple deluxe room, there was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. We requested more and 4 rolls were brought. The next morning we went to breakfast. I asked the maître D if breakfast was included in our room and he told me to go to the front desk and ask. Rather than leave my guests in the dining room I said I will just pay for breakfast. We did, and was sat next to a decorative glass wall with liquid stains dripping down it. All three of us subsequently got a bug and needed LOTS more toilet paper. We asked for the room to be cleaned expected more toilet paper. NONE was replaced. The bathroom has peel and stick tile. We had to repeatedly press it back against the bathtub, it was repeatedly falling to the floor. I went to the lobby and requested more toilet paper, since we were all ill after eating breakfast . . . an hour later I had to call and again ask for it. Two 1/2 rolls were brough to three adult ill women. We gave up, went to Waitrose and bought toilet paper. It's not worth detailing the rest. We stayed here only because the London Bailey had no availability. If that happens again, we just won't go to London till the Bailey is available.
