“Outstanding hotel with wonderful staff”
We chose this hotel based on its convenient location, reasonable price and the promising reviews. It proved to be the perfect choice. We were in London to celebrate our 10th anniversary and were well and truly looked after by the hotel staff. The location behind Victoria is not particularly stunning in its visual impact but the inside is fantastic. The room was outstanding and exceeded our expectation. I stay in a lot of hotels on work trips and this room is the best I have stayed in for a good while. Our room was courtyard facing which meant we had a lovely night's sleep even with the window open. The room was a bit too warm so it was nice to be able to open the window. The bed was really comfortable and unlike the majority of hotels the pillows are notably good. Room facilities and a jazzy coffee machine were top notch. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. All in all it was a faultless experience. Location is very convenient and it's an easy walk to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace beyond. If you've walked your legs off during the day then the short stretch from the Tube at Victoria is a welcome relief. We did not eat in the hotel because we went to London to experience the city and enjoy the overall atmosphere with the different options on offer.
“Comfy and clean.”
This was perfect for a simple but comfortable overnight stay in London - really comfy bed and spacious room; clean and tidy bathroom and bedroom; helpful staff and generally central and easy location. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

We found the Hotel very convenient for the tube station and after a full day in London this is very important.The Hotel is very comfortable ,clean and welcoming we will definitely go back.

Very pleased with the hotel. Very good location and close to the station and tourist sites. We joined Club Carlson for £30 (we are a family of 3) and this included a free cooked breakfast , buffet and drinks plus other advantages, excellent value. The hotel is clean, modern and nicely decorated. There were nice touches like an in room Nespresso machine, Dead Sea toilettries, bathrobes and slippers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it as a place to stay.
“Definitely will stay here again”
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is very clean and rooms were spacious and modern and beds were very comfortable . Located in a quiet location, close to transportation, only few minutes walk to Victoria Station, and central to all of London's attractions. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful to tryout first time for a minimal charge. We will not have to think twice about staying here again the next time we visit London.

“Great Hotel”
Great accommodation. Overall, it was clean, staff was helpful. I got to London early in the morning and when I went to check in, the room was already available. Very close to the Victoria station. Less than five minute walk.
“The perfect base for touring London”
The location could not be better for the Gatwick express and being so close to Victoria station it was easy to get around London via the district, circle and victoria tube lines. Good bus connections also right on the door step. The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. The hotel was bright, modern and clean with beautiful floral arrangements and quirky contemporary sculptures in the public area. There is a restaurant in the hotel but there is a Pret a Manger and M&S simply food right across the street as well as numerous food outlets in the station and in the local area. Our room was a reasonable size and well designed. The bathroom had a good selection of toiletries and a beautiful green glass sink. Robes and slippers were provided and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The window in our room actually opened and there was a coffee machine with an excellent selection of coffee as well as the usual tea tray. Basic wifi was free with a charge for a speedier connection. We found the basic good enough for our needs. Our bed had a deep memory foam topper on the mattress and was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The bed linen was crisp white cotton. There were complimentary chocolates and a large bottle of water in our room on arrival which was a nice touch and there is an ice machine by the lifts to keep drinks cold. We had a wonderful stay and can find no fault in either our room, the high standards of service or the location. Great!
“Fantastic hotel”
friendly, clean, good value, excellent :-) we took advantage of the upgrade package on arrival which included use of the executive suit and full breakfast, def good value for money and would recommend this . staff were very helpful and friendly
