Great location and very good value for the money considering it is London. We had the family room which was big although it had a weird layout. There is a lot of variety for breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

Property is in a prime location, but it would have been nice to have been warned about the roadworks outside and that the work started very early. Also, the loud ring on the lift call button is particular disturbing in the middle of the night - this should be fixed as a matter of priority.
