I've stayed in virtually every top hotel in London. The Berkeley is old world charm with modern accents. Wonderful service, perfect location near Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner. Small and quaint so everyone knows your name. Convient spa if your room isn't ready on time and you need a shower. One of the coolest bars in London - The Blue Bar. Don't hesitate on this hotel!

“one of the top 5 hotels I've stayed in London”
the only complaint i had was the closet which was wedged behind the sofa which made it very difficult to access. other than that, the room was nice, the bar downstairs was very nice, and service was among the best for london hotels.
“Great Hotel!”
It was a great experience with a few misfortunes. The service was magnificent specially a concierge named Paul. Unfortunately had problems with the Internet a couple of times when I really needed the service. Furthermore the heater was out almost a day and a half. The room isn't built with a soundproof systems so you listen to the traffic outside and to your neighbor rooms.
