“A pleasant surprise”
Of the three hotels I stayed at during a recent extended tour through Europe, easily the best. It is a business class hotel and the location is not great, in that it is very quiet and isolated at night (not alot outside of the hotel in terms of restaurants etc) but still a great room and great staff. Recommend.
“Great hotel aand dog friendly”
Very nice hotel, great room, great prices, very clean, nice decor. Would stay there again as it's good value and is pet friendly (our dog stayed too).
“Good location with high quality”
The hotel is very conveniently located near Tube Canary Wharf, and DLR Heron station. 10 min walk to both tube and DLR stations nearby, with access to Canada Square. A small but nice Londis convenience store just across the street, and M&S superstore in 10 min. If you walk around 15 min, you can go to heart of canary wharf, with lots of restaurants and canteens. The hotel is a little bit old, but overall quality is good. Hot water is okay, but not very nice, but air-conditioning is great, which is very important in summer time. The staffs are nice, and helpful though sometimes they might have some difficulties in English :) but they are nice and willing to help. I would recommend the hotel to those wants to stay in Canary Wharf area, and much cost-effective, comparing to other nearby hotels!

“A Hotel Highlight in Docklands”
I found a good deal on Expedia and was very impressed with the quality of the hotel and its staff. The handle of the room to my door was broken when I arrived in the evening but was fixed promptly the following morning. The decor is pleasant and relaxing. There has obviously been considerable investment in the place. I was made to feel like a valued guest and will almost certainly return next year when I will be in the area again.
“Cant wait to go back there”
Wonderful experience, curtious people. would definately recommend it to anyone. Book it thru expedia for cheaper rate since the hotel rates at the counter and 3-4 times mpore than that of Expedia.
“Excellent hotel”
I went for 2 nights and the hotel was amazing. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and we had an amazing view of London from the 10th floor. we have a view right over London and could see Tower Bridge and the Millenium Eye from our room. The pool was also well used. me and my wife had room service, it was very expensive for what it was, but the service was again excellent. If i were going to London again i would stay there but book via expedia.
“Excellent Service”
This hotel was truly amazing! The room service was great! I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to going back sometime soon
“Local Transportation Made Easy”
This hotel is close to the Canary Wharf Underground and DLR. Both are easy to use and will get you to the heart of London in minutes. Just remember to pack as light as possible and you won't have to worry about multiple bags and luggage.
“I will stay at this hotel again if I go back to London”
I was extremely satisfied with the room I was given and also the service I recieved there. I had one of my light bulbs go off and when I reported the incident, it took them no time at all to fix the problem for me. Very nice place to stay at a very good price.
