“Perfect location”
Excellent in all respects. Very comfortable and large rooms.
“Impeccable!! This will be my default London hotel from now on!”
I have never written up any review on Expedia or any other site for that matter, but the service at this hotel is so amazing that I feel very compelled to adding my review here. This has probably been one of the most professional staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel. I haven't even been here more that 6 hours and already I will make this the hotel I stay at every time I'm in London from now on. Example: I called reception at 1.30am (am jet lagged) and was hoping to get some food via room service. The service had closed but the receptionist said they'd prepare me something anyway, not to worry. Just class. I highly highly recommend staying here. The hotel is impeccable, so are the rooms, A+, 5 Stars all the way
“Great place to stay in London”
Our room was truly wonderful, especially by London standards! And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect - fairly quiet and yet close to everything. I will definitely stay here again!
“London comfort”
Ideally situated in Paddington, hotel is close to both bus and rail as well as many restaurants. Also close to a "hop on; hop off" bus stop. Quiet area. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. 24 hour room service is a bit misleading as no food available after 10:30 PM. Happy to recommend for both tourist and business.
“will stay again”
stayed at 100s of hotels, overall this one of best
“Royal Park Hotel in London - The Best!”
This was our 4th stay at the Royal Park hotel - we wouldn't stay anywhere else...Great location and great value especially with the rates Expedia can offer its valued customers...
“Best Kept Secret”
This was an amazing Hotel The staff was incredible the Hotel was clean sttlish and the rooms were comfortable a gem.
“clean hotel in a convenient location”
We stayed at the Royal Park for 9 days during our trip to London to see the Wimbledon tennis tournament. We found all of the employees to be very helpful and the room to be very clean. The hotel is in very close walking distance to both the Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stops. The area seemed very safe if a bit touristy. I would recommend this hotel.
“Clean, comfortable, helpful and inexpensive”
Although we only stayed one night we were very impressed with the clean room (with proper, fluffy bath towels and three pillows of varying firmness) and the excellent service. Very accessible, just a couple of moments from Paddington or Lancaster Gate, and a definite feeling of olde-worlde service. Highly recommended (and I'm a tough critic!)
“A Little Gem”
The royal park hotel is a little gem of a hotel... With it's great location, only a few blocks away from Paddington Station, and only a few blocks away from Lancaster Tube stop, it is quite easy to travel to all sights in London. The rooms are very nice and the black and white bathrooms are lovely with great showers! The hotel even offers a free glass of champagne and canapes every night to guests.Hope you enjoy your stay at the royal park hotel as much as we did...
