Room Amenities
Dining
Welcome to our Lounge; our lobby served with a twist of London flavour. Take high tea here choosing from a regional assortment from the finest tea specialists – and of course, classic British dishes with a special W ingredient. Now slip next door to our Lounge Bar to really sink your teeth into W London – Leicester Square, with your first – although perhaps not last - taste of our signature W cocktail. Yes the drink might be delicious but the people-watching is just divine.
Next, to the mouth-watering restaurant where, having already delivered the perfect Pan Asian cuisine to New York with notable accolade, the team arrives in London to tantalise our own taste-buds. A destination restaurant that is certain to be the area's main dish.
Entertainment
At Wyld bar, a ruby glow emanates and captures the corner of the first level floor. The DJ spins to his own beat as an oversized-mirrorball rotates above, spinning an ambience all of its own. Be it for a tete-a-tete, a meeting-of-minds, a rendez-vous or special birthday fiesta, Wyld is the perfect backdrop and beat to serenade your night through to dawn. If you just need some space, W London - Leicester Square has a complete in-room dining menu ranging from classic comfort food to seasonal exclusives prepared by our award-winning chef as well as a fine-tuned wine list.
Recreation
W London - Leicester Square is etched so deep in the heart of London that it pulls at her heart strings like the capital’s cupid. We know every inch of her inside out; the finesse of her theatres, film and fine-dining, the sizzling shopping streets, the must-see sights and Soho’s hotspots to shimmy to. If you’re looking for decadent speakeasies in town, just ask us. The best sushi? It’s in the bag. And all of this is just a stone’s throw from our West End doors.
Survey the spectacle of the city’s most fashionable as they flock to world-renowned cinemas for silver screen premieres and to Shaftesbury Avenue Theatres for the latest shows. This district has earned the iconic name of ‘Theatreland’ after all. Music comes up when the lights go out with an urban playground unravelling across the West End with traditional English pubs and cosmopolitan clubs, sophisticated cocktails and the cult of membership only, plus plentiful dancing from disco to salsa.
A few skips north and you can revel in Regent Street and Oxford Street with the latest labels, boutique shopping, antiques markets and high-end stores such as Selfridges and Liberty of London. Need a gift for the kids? Hit Hamleys.
Lights, camera, action! We couldn’t have a Leicester Square hotel in the epicentre of London’s entertainment scene without its very own screening room. Want a plush room to watch your favourite flick while enjoying some Champagne cocktails? Well sit back and enjoy the show from our screening room that seats 39 very comfortably. Appetising bites are on hand and our culinary team will create a menu that fits your function. The screening room is available for both business and private parties, be it debates and lectures or silent movies for sophisticated screen sirens. Want to reserve the room for a PlayStation party? For one? For twenty? Great idea! Purposefully built for exclusive premieres, performances and show-stopping conferences, the private screening room is at the heart of the hotel with cosy armchairs featuring among different shades of red upholstery.
Spa
Work out a thing or two at Sweat Fitness centre complete with modern aerobic equipment and weights to keep you toned from head to toe. Post-exercise, escape to the exclusive Away Spa. Break away from the revelry of the day with a mani-pedi or to our treatment rooms for a restful rubdown.

“I'll come back with my friends.”
Great hotel, incredible well located. The bar is awasome.
“Fantastic Stay”
The hotel is beautiful and situated in an excellent location. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and willing to help in an situation! We were two friends traveling from the US and felt safe at all times... The bar was the place to be in London! It was a favorite spot for locals on Friday and Saturday night! Overall, it was an amazing experience... Especially if you are familiar with other W Hotels!
“Perfect hotel”
Amazing hotel , great staff , great location , the lobby bar is great , the club is quite small but its great
“W stands for winner”
W has outdone itself! Great hotel, perfect location and proffesional staff.
“Can't beat the location and comfort!”
The W is a fantastic hotel in a great location at Leicester Square in the center of London's entertainment area. The only improvement area I would suggest is better bar and wait staff in the lounge. Forty-five minutes is a long time to wait for a cocktail.
“Great and vibrant at the heart of London.”
This is a great hotel to spend a few days in London. If you like theater it is great as it is at the heart of the West End. The building is new, modern, the bar is vibrant, the restaurant very good, the staff attentive and responsive to your views and the place itself uplifting. I have been visiting London for decades, since I was a student in the UK and I normally stay in other areas (Chelsea, Mayfair) but staying near Leicester Square was a pleasant surprise.
“Stylish hotel great location”
I'm an W fan. I like the modern style and the SPG service standards. The bad points in the room are the washbasin, shower an toilets disposal. Nice design but doors are not practical and the light on them turns off automatically. The quality of the elements (washbasin, lamps, curtains, etc) is really poor. Looks like they should be replaced very soon despite they look new. Very good service as expected from an SPG hotel. The location is fantastic, only few steps from Picadilly Circus, subway and Chinatown.
“Good Hotel but you can hear bass music from the club.”
This is a a good Hotel in a great area but you can hear bass music from the club at night during the weekend. I actually think the DJ turns it up after midnight when the Hotel is not watching. It is very modern and stylish. Very pleasant on the eyes.
“Location and people watching W is the choice.”
Excellent staff at this hotel, I had to change rooms due to it smelling of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. No hassle and they moved me. Great location and excellent food and bar.
“good location and design”
