“Excellent, Affordable, Modern Accommodation”

The building looks like its only a year or two old, if that. Staff at reception and at the breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size, easy walk to DelAmo Mall and a short cab ride to Galleria. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a great bonus. What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the building and the friendly staff. Only negative comment I could make would be that you could hear plumbing when used in other rooms but that really didn't bother me. I'm used to staying in more star rated properties but this was a last minute booking and thought I'd give it a go. Very affortable, good facilities and easy location for the price. Would stay there again - my new favourite when on a LA shopping trip.

“Great hotel but...........”

Great hotel but the walls are too thin... heard everything from both sides of my room which suprised me as my room so big. My room was laid out very nice. I was on the 2nd floor and everytime the bathroom above me was used the plumbing would make a very loud vibration. But other than that the hotel was nice. Breakfast was good but would have been nice to have something different from time to time. I was there 8 days so it got boring. The staff for the breakfast room was very nice and attentive. I would stay here again.

“A very good clean hotel with very pleasant staff.”

The Best Western Avita Suites was an excellent choice for us. We were visiting relatives nearby.Rooms were kept extremely clean and we were well looked after by efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Facilities were very good with a computer room,fitness room, laundry room, vending machines for snacks. The breakfast which was self-service consisted of cereal,toast,fruit spreads,cheese spreads,bagels,waffle making machine, yoghurts, fruit, cream, bacon,scrambled egg,sausage,potao cakes, hot and cold drinks. There are lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a huge indoor shopping mall.

I just stayed here one night so I could take an early flight out of LAX. Great rooms, nice place, at a VERY GOOD price. Breakfast buffet was nice too, loved the waffles. This hotel is by FAR the Best choice around. I can't think of a single thing wrong, except for maybe no pool. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

“close to the beach - if you have a car”

Decent place. Looked completely remodeled. Everything was brand new as of Jul 2011. Driving down to Redondo Pier took 10 min tops. Not much of a view from the hotel room. People were nice. Parking was free. I liked it.

“Can't wait to go back!!”

You could smell the newness of this hotel!! The room decor is like a (5) star hotel, very very beautiful and up to date! The front desk clerks were very very nice and so helpful "even at 2:00 am"!! We were very surprised how nice their breakfast buffet was, way better than other places that we have stayed. I wish we could have enjoyed this place allot longer than just a place to put our head down for a few hours. We will definatly stay here again the next time were in the area!!

“Terrific location and great service”

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I had a rental car, so it was really easy to get around the greater LA area. The hotel is easy to get to and super close to Redondo beach. I had no issues with the hotel itself; checking in and out was a breeze, the hotel employees were all very nice and helpful, and my room was always clean. The room was also very modern and had exactly what I needed. In short, it was the perfect stay!

“Great Value”

Very nice and clean hotel. A great value for the money. The hotel is located in a nice area of Torrance so you don't need to worry about safety. The rooms are very nice and large. The only thing that may be a concern for people traveling with small children is the fact that the rooms only have showers without baths. The showers are large, but some kids only take baths.

“Nice Hotel!”

Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, juices etc.) Was just here for the night but would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Room layout was great. Ammenities were above average. Breakfast was okay. Overall value was very good.
