“One of Arcadia's Best”

When I arrived at the Hotel at the front desk, I presented my online itenerary. The Hotel personnel found my information, handed me keys, told me how to locate my room and everthing was great from then on. I was in room 310 -excellent location. It was the quiet side of the hotel as well as always shaded. What I really enjoyed was the windows -you could open the windows for fresh air -I really like that feature and will definitely be returning for another visit. I hope I can get the same room. I also was able to utilize the internet during my stay and that was a pleasant experience as well.

“Nice place for long term stays”

Just remember this hotel is meant for long term stays. You will not get linen service daily. You need to exchange your own towels and ask for hotel shampoo, etc. This is in the rules before you make your reservation. If I am in the area again, I will definitely look to stay here again.

“Great hotel on a budget”

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights while visiting family and were a bit hesitant about staying here because of other reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. Our room had a kitchen which we didn't use for cooking but, it was nice to have a fridge to store water and other drinks we bought. The hotel also had lots of parking and was really close to restaurants, in-and-out, 24 hour fitness, grocery and drug stores. The only gripe I had was the bathroom. It was a bit on the dirty side. It looked like the cleaning was rushed. Fyi...They provide housekeeping only once a week. I think if you request housekeeping more than once a week, there is a fee. We didn't mind since we don't require our bed to be changed and made everyday and our room cleaned daily. They provided plenty of towels in our bathroom, so it wasn't that bad.

“Comment for improvement.”

Convenient to have a short stay. Need to refill daily for coffee pack, tissue paper and soap. Need to provide small bottle of dish washing liquid for a week usage.

“Would book again”

The shower drain was plugged up and it smelled like chinese food the whole time. Very pet friendly. Courteous staff but definitely needs work on their social skills. Overall, had a pleasurable experience and would stay again.
