“Loved it!”
Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was pretty good and the rooms were superb. There is a free shuttle that goes to the airport and back every 10 minutes which was pretty convenient and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes going around LA very convenient.
“Simple Tahitian charm and great cooking”
Simple but very pretty and charming with a nice pool right outside the room. Their web site is accurate and has good pictures. Our room had no air conditioning, but there is a room that has it, and it might be worth it. The dinners were just wonderful--better than most restaurants, and she cooked to take into account my food allergies.

The hotel is in a accessible area & I loved it. I was worried about the surrounding neighborhood, but the neighborhood was fine. Its right across the street from the airport so you will get some noise from the planes, but it was enough to bother me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to LA.

Great location. The free shuttle was very prompt. The lift staff were always pleasant.

“nice place with many conveniences”
I only stayed for 2 days. The best part was the 24 hour Bistro. They have lots of options and a varied menu, so you never have to think if you want to get a quick fresh and nutritious bite. There is also a full service restaurant. The front is inviting with lots of open spaces and seating areas. Others restaurants within walking distance you can try are in Marriott, its only a block away. There is also a grill in the neighboring hotel. All hotels in this area have restaurants and there are plenty. There is a trolley that will take you to the beach and nearby shopping areas. You can hop in & out how many ever times you want for a cheap flat daily rate. The second channel upon turning on the TV will tell you all about everything you can do in the area. Of course the concierge will be happy to give you all the information too. All in all this place was good.

I felt like i was home. The service was amazing and the accessibility to diffrent areas of Los Angeles is a plus!
“Great stay at LAX”
This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay near LAX airport. An airport shuttle is available. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. We always stay at this hotel when arriving in L.A. and if we have an early morning flight.
“Nice but a few mistakes”
Ice machines on all floors (yes, I actually got so frustrated I went to three floors to half fill a bucket.) All I tried were very, very slow, if they gave you anything at all. Amenities in the bath were nice--too bad they left us two bottles of hair conditioner instead of one shampoo and one conditioner.. oh well, I had washed my hair the morning before. Small thing, but small things add up to a truly great hotel. Swift-checkout option was great. No stopping by to pick up a piece of paper and missing the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle driver was great, polite, courteous and didn't raise an eyebrow when an obviously "foreign" visitor to the USA forgot (but later remembered) a tip for the guy. That is "class" for a shuttle driver. I would definitely stay there again. And the restaurants were also great. Didn't have to leave the facility to have a wonderful time.
