“Rock n Roll chic”

Nice location in Hollywood, got upgraded to Cabana poolside room on check in because of my expedia booking, which was very nice. Feels very "lifestyle of the rich and famous & a bit rock n roll chic" in the hotel. An American footballer was checking in ahead of me, and all the staff were shaking his hand.

“Great stay!!!”

I found a good internet deal on this hotel, otherwise I would not be able to afford the normal cost. Excellent Hollywood location. Comfortable room, friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Good mini bar and 24 hour room service. The only thing a could complain about is that their restaurant is supposed to serve breakfast until 11:00. We got there at 10:45 and the restaurant was closed. Otherwise everything was great!

“A Great Historic Hotel”

My wife and I stayed two nights. We arrived after an 8 hour drive from San Francisco at about 5pm. The valet parking was expensive; $33.00 a night, but thats part of the Hollywood postcard. My first impression walking in the door was that it smelled nice; fresh cut flowers make a difference. The staff at the registration and the concierge were professional friendly and helpful. When we got to our room we didn't have a ethernet line for our computer; I called the front desk and we had it within 5 minutes, great service. The internet was $15 a day, again part of the Hollywood postcard. The room on the on the 5th floor was spacious and very comfortable, we needed to make a little space in the refridgerater, we planned to skip the Hollywood postcard experience of $5 bottled water. The only downsides to the room were the powerful light they use at night to illuminate the building. It shines in the window; fortunately they turn it off at around 10 or 11pm and they have thick drapes. The walls were thin and we could hear laughing at night and whistling in the morning, it could have been ghosts. All together though a great experince. The history and location for us was perfect. It was a luxury experience for us.

“Hollywood Stay”

The room, the pool, the library bar... all amazing! The service was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. However, make sur to thoroughly review your bill when checking out...I had a bunch of false miscellaneous charges. I was completely refunded, but it was still annoying.
