“VERY SATISFIED”
We had an amazing stay at your hotel and the price we got through Expedia for the flight from Sacramento and the car we rented was very reasonable. We will definately use Expedia again and when coming to LA and have a need to be close to the airport we will stay there again.
“Restaurant coments”
Just like I said above. However, the restaurant at the hotel doesn't have more than 2 food choices on the menu. The ambiance at the bar is very accommodating but they have no more than about 2 food choices. I had no rent-a-car else Iwould have eaten at the hotel only once
“good hotel”
Very clean room. Very close to LAX. I definitely stay this hotel again before my travel.
“Great customer service”
I found all staff very polite ,cheerful and helpful. The trolley bus to the beach and two shopping centers was great and very convenient.the free shuttle to the airport both coming and going was fab as were the drivers who cheerfully helped me on and off with my excruciatingly heavy case.Room service was quick and reasonably priced .I would recommend cheaper room wifi but overall great stay,excellent staff with great customer service skills.
“Perfect for some sleep with a longer lay over”
Had a 12 hour stop-over in LAX and wanted some sleep in between - it went very smoothly with Sheraton - shuttle was timely both ways, we were able to check in several hours earlier as our room was ready, extremely comfortable beds, quiet room. Just what we wanted at an affordable price!

Nice Hotel. Right by the airport which was convienant for what I needed, which was a day layover on a flight. Clean rooms.
“Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles - Great hotel”
I have stayed at the Sheraton Gateway LAX for 5 weekends and think it's the best LAX area airport hotel. The only drawback is their top restaurants are closed on Sunday.
“A Gem at LAX”
Stayed here to catch an early morning flight and we were pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again and again!
“So Comfortables”
I stayed here at the beginning of my trip and the end of it. For one because of it's location, closenes the airport and two because it is so comfortable! There was hardly any noise from flights which was a nice surpise. Plenty of pillows and soft mattress, I slept great! Only downfall was the parking-about $13 per night.
“Excellent Hotel and great location.”
Great hotel, excellent location,parking not too far away. takes only 5 mins to get to airport. Room was clean, room service was very accomodating. My only complain is that room did not have a fridge(had to pay extra for it). Also our tub drain was clogged but never got fixed and We were there for over five days. Other than that hotel was good. Lobby menu was very decent and competitively priced.
