“Highly recommend”
The hotel staff was very courtious and accomodating. They were able to allow us to check in 5 hours early with no issue or extra fees.
“Great Stay”
We rated this hotel so highly because we were 5 adults looking for a 16 day stay in which to base ourselves while we travelled to other cities ( Las Vegas and San Diego) as well as explore the tourist spots of Los Angeles. The Sheraton Downtown delivered everything that it promised PLUS great service from friendly, helpful, professionanal staff.We arrived after an 18 hour flight from Australia well before the published book in time but they quickly had us settled into our rooms and also arranged a refrigerator and microwave in about 15 minutes. There are two convenience stores across the street, Rite Aid and Walgreen. There are several fast food outlets in the adjoining Macy Mall.It is only a few blocks walk to Broadway and the Staples Centre. The Metro is also just outside the hotel and the the Hotel buffet breakfast in the morning is really good value. The thing that really made us glad we chose this hotel was the service provided by each and every staff member we came in contact with. Especially on Reception, there is one lady named Ann who was excellent. She remembered our names and made us feel special by greeting us every time when we walked past. We would certainly stay at the Sheraton Downtown LA any time we visited Los Angeles in future. This is convenient , comfortable accomodation where the people who serve you make a big difference to the star rating.

The only thing missing was a fridge and microwave in our room. Parking was overpriced.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed with Sheraton in other locations and always enjoyed the quality of our stays. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Enjoy!

“Excellent Downtown Hotel”
As a first time visitor to LA, This hotel fully met all my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, room was in great condition, comfy, bright and had a great balcony. Facilities were great! On my return to LA, i will definitely return to this hotel!

“Great hotel for USC games”
Hotel was downtown LA only 2 miles from the USC campus. Underneath the hotel is a mall with food court, so you can get most things you need right there without ever leaving!
“Great hotel to stay at!”
Great hotel accommodations. Comfortable rooms (as always), spacious bathroom, cozy beds, elegant lobby sitting area & fast response time to request from house-keeping. Another great accommodation is the access to Macy's & other stores through the lobby.
