“service above & beyond”
We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the manager, Shane, who personally bought gluten-free flour and bread so the restaurant could make gluten-free pancakes and French toast for my wife and daughter, who are allergic. They were thrilled! We also appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and recommended a great Italian restaurant called Mi Piace. It was fantastic! They even had a shuttle available that we could call until midnight if we decided that we didn't want to walk back. We didn't use it, but I thought it was a nice service to have.

Nice hotel, walking distance from Pasadena's nightlife. Very helpful staff. The only thing was that the pool didn't seem spotless cleaned.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff starting at curbside with the valets. Then the check in person was very professional, friendly, and informative. The room was excellent. The pool and work out facilities were outstanding. The hotel is located in a very nice section with lots to walk to close. Great service great price. Would go back anytime I'm in the area.

Very comfortable beds!! In house restaurant was very good. We had one lunch there. Excellent Pasadena location, near the mall.
