“Single Woman Traveler”

My room served its purpose. I am a single woman in town for a conference and I felt relatively safe with the exception of the parking. There is very limited parking.......there is an internal parking lot on the side that was by my room but no one told me about this. Not the safest or easiest to get into since it was gated (which is a good thing) but you had to get out of your car and insert your key card to get in. Made me a little leery each time but once in I felt safe enough. Other than that, my experience was great. Housekeeping staff was excellent.

“Above and Beyond”

I stayed here during my first night in LA, and found the hotel clean and comfy; the staff courteous and helpful. I want to stress the helpfulness. When I arrived at LAX, my checked bag was missing. I duly reported the loss, and then went to the hotel, anxious. The hotel staff were very sympathetic, and provided me (no charge) with emergency toiletries. Soon after, I received a call from the airport to tell me that my bag had been found - stuck on the belt to the baggage carousel. Desperate to have it back (clean clothes!), I went to reception, and asked for help getting to the airport. The response was immediate. A hotel bus was summoned and, although there was a routine one-way delivery charge, the driver not only took me to the airport, but waited with the bus while I dashed into the terminal buillding and down to the baggage area. A long 15 minutes later, I staggered back upstairs with my bag, and there was the driver, faithfully waiting, hands on the wheel, with an eye out for the traffic police - I jumped aboard. I will not soon forget the moment when I walked triumphantly through the hotel doors into the lobby, with my bag - the reception staff looked up, and smiled back at me. Experiences differ (I have read some of the other reviews), and most people have better days than others (ditto), but I believe that the staff at this hotel are genuinely decent people who care about their clients, and who are prepared to go the extra distance. For me, at least, that means a lot.

mY CHILDREN AND i NEEDED TO BE NEAR FAMILY COMING TO CALIF. YOUR PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR THIS. tHE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND HAVING denny's on site was the icing n the cake. Thanks again for great service . Will be returning.

“Convenient, friendly, great price”

This is a great hotel considering it's age. The landscaping is beautiful, nice pool, comfortable rooms and decent continental breakfast. Shuttle makes it perfect for arrival/departures from LAX. The price is right.

I really appreciate this hotel. It is very convenient to the airport and rental car locations, and the staff are congenial and helpful. This is a hotel for people either flying out or flying in and need a place to rest before continuing their journey, but it does have amenities that make it a pleasant stopover and rest.

“Higher than a two star”

I have stayed twice at this hotel. The rooms are clean, well furnished and pleasant. The front of the hotel is samll and crowded but worth the effort to get to the desk to check in. It is very close to LAX and auto rentals.

“Would stay again”

The hotel's location was exactly what we wanted. The room was more then adequate for a one-night stay. The every 30 minute ride to the airport was convenient and appreciated. The van driver's were both courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and pleasant and the area very clean. Having a Denny's next door was also convenient for a quick evening meal or snack. The room was clean and comfortable. The price veriy competitive. We would definitely use this facility again.

“Convenient and of Excellent Service”

The hotel location is convenient and very easy to find. Although the hotel is in a high traffic area there is not much noise at night. The customer service is great and so is the cleanliness.
