“Great place to stay if you dont want to waste your money!!!”

We have been to Cabo twice and the first time wasn't as good . This Hotel is located in the best part of town, close to local restaurants and cantinas with great food, the owner has a list of the palces to eat and it is accurate!! Dont go there expecting a swimming pool, but do find the best Italian restaurant i have ever been to, right in the hotel!! Rooms are clean but not fancy, but for so little at night, what do yoou really want?? You will be saving so much in cab fares and THERE ARE NO TIMESHARE VENDORS HERE!!!!!

“The best little hotel in Cabo!”

It is a small hotel with a great staff and friendly atmosphere. You get a bedroom room, sitting room and a kitchen with everything you need at a great price. Everything is within walking distance and if you need a taxi, they are just waiting down the street. I have stayed at a bunch of the other inexpensive hotels in the area and none of them come close to the comfort and service you receive at the Siesta Suites. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to find a great hotel at a great price.

“Great budget hotel”

We had a great experience at La Siesta Suites! My college buddy and I went in the second week of March for spring break, and La Siesta Suites exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and came with a little kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils, which were very handy for two budget-minded college students. The front desk and the maintainence workers were all very helpful and extremely friendly. For those whose lives revolve around the internet, La Siesta Suites offers a 56k connection-esque connection for a nominal fee in the lobby. More importantly, the location was perfect. We were a short walk away from Cabo Wabo, the Zoo, and El Squid Roe. The walk to the beach and the marina was also very reasonable. I'd estimate maybe a half-mile to the marina, maybe 1-2 miles to the beach. There is also an exelllent Italian restaurant located in the hotel. The prices are completely reasonable for the large portions, and the food was spectacular. I highly recommend trying the restaurant, which even had a live band performing several nights a week. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at La Siesta Suites again or recommend it to a friend.

“Very well maintained, best deal in the city.”

I stayed in one of the double rooms and it was great. It was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that the mattresses were a little hard. Don't plan on doing any extensive cooking. Otherwise, I was near everything (beach, bars, restaurants) and the little Italian restaruant that is attached was pretty good too. The owner was great about pointing out good places to go in the city.

“Great Little Place”

This hotel is in town; just a few blocks from Cabo Wabo Cantina and about a 10 minute walk to Medano Beach. It's clean, quiet, and decent sized. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. There is no elevator, the bed is hard (typical of Mexico) and the pool is more like a large jacuzzi; but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff is great and there's a nice little Italian restaurant, Salvatores on the property.

“My kind of place”

I'm not the luxury resort type of person. I like being in the center of things rather than isolated out in some compound. There are upscale properties downtown, but I would rather save on lodging so I have more to spend on fun. Siesta Suites is in downtown Cabo San Lucas, surrounded by restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The marina is a short block away and across the main drag. The one drawback is that it's not on the beach and doesn't have a pool. The beach is a bit of a walk. The building is modest but clean, cheery and comfortable. The bed was GREAT with a 4" pillow top. The AC was effective and relatively quiet. Water pressure was good. Maid service was excellent. Being in the city, there was occasional traffic noise during sleeping hours, but the hotel itself was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd return in a heartbeat.

“Sweet boutique hotel!”

loved the location of this hotel, so close to the marina, and the friendliness of the staff was great! loved the proximity of lots of places to eat nearby, just loved everything. It's a small place, not lavish, but cute, good for people who dont want to stay in the resorts.

“Beautiful Budget Hotel”

Stayed in Siesta Suites about a week ago and had a great time. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. There's even a little restaurant right by the pool with great service and really cool owners.

This was our second stay at Siesta , we love the place. We are in our late 60s we come to fish and relax. we dont need a baloncy overlooking the ocean or a disco bar.The enclosed resturant "Sabatinies" is out of this world.
