"My air conditioning unit was very noisy all night long (it was very hot during my stay, so the unit ran almost continuously). When I arrived, my A/C was turned off, which I figured was because of how it had a knocking noise that kept me awake the first night. I reported it to maintenance, but they called me while I was working and told me the maintenance staff called in sick, so I'd need to move to a different room. Thankfully, the room was only two rooms down the hall, so it wasn't too inconvenient to move all my belongings for my second night. That unit was quieter, so I was able to sleep better.
I woke up the second morning and felt what I thought was a bug under my covers near my feet. When I turned the light on and looked, it was a big wad of dark hair under my covers near my feet, which was gross (I'm blonde, so it wasn't my hair). I didn't report it, but not sure I'll stay again since this was the second issue during my two night stay."
