“The most comfortable hotel in WR”
Clean place whit comfortable beds and good service
“Excellent value for money”
Used this hotel as a night stop over from Atlanta to Orland and could not have picked a better choice. Around 3 miles or so off the main I-75 and under 100 Miles south from Atlanta. On arrival first impression was that it looked better than seen in the photo's which was a real bonus. The staff were all fantastic from the moment we arrived until we departed. The rooms were large and we had a great 'quite' nights sleep. The combined self service breakfast with an ordering section was also good and very easy. The kids had a real fun time making their own waffles etc I would stay again for certain
“Warner Robins Trip”
The hotel was very clean, internet worked great, and staff was friendly. The view could have been better.
“Excellent”
We needed special services that the staff assisted us with, with smiles. The late checkout gave us the time to complete my husband's hemodialysis treatment with no extra cost. Thank you for that.
“Money well spent!”
Was in town for funeral. Staff was eager to please. Made my mother, son and I feel welcome everytime we walked through the lobby. Money very well spent. Pool is fantastic, breakfast was great but wish it was free! Not crazy about the pillows...Other than that, I would highly recommend. I would stay again.

The rooms were small and the door to the room was extremely heavy!
“Beautiful Hotel- Customer Service Lacking”
My flight arrived early, we inquired if the hotel has early check in, we were told yes but she doesn't know if rooms are ready so to come back in a few hours. Instead of her checking to see if there was available rooms. Not customer friendly at all. Also the room was paid in full through booking on Expedia, we decided to stay an additional night and were double charged, they charged for the night that had already been paid for. Hotel is very nice but the customer service wasn't the best.
