“Just Passing Through”

The BW West Towne Suites in Madison was the perfect stop enroute to Chicago. *The staff was helpful and polite. The made to order breakfast was wonderfully prepared and really hit the spot at the start of a busy day for our family. *The location is near a Mall and close to the I-90/I-94 exchange. * The room was very clean and the free Wi Fi was a bonus so we could check e-mails and do some last minute research for activities in our final destination. In conclusion, the BW West Towne Suites is a good value considering the price.

“Clean & Comfortable”

We chose this hotel because it allowed pets, I am very picky about my hotel rooms and it's always hard to find decent rooms that will allow a pet, our 2 room suite was very clean, modern, the wi-fi worked very well. The hotel gave us doodoo bags upon check in and tickets for free hot breakfast. The only down side was there were 3 of us in the room and they only gave us 2 breakfast tickets, we didn't notice until mornin and we were running short on time, so only my husband and son got to eat breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located to shopping & the restaurant we had reservations for, will definatley choose this hotel next time we are in town.

“good price, great room!”

the two room suite was amazing! beautiful and perfect for what we needed it for..the breakfast is made to order and SOO yummy..you save money by not having to go out for breakfast because you have a restaurant style breakfast for free...highly recommended!

“Will certainly stay there next time in that area.”

Very friendly staff. Problem with sink drain was fixed immediately even tho that was not necessary. Breakfast staff very friendly and happy also. Found same person there as we'd had on previous visits and in previous years.

“Loved our stay”

“A great hotel. No problems.”

A very fine hotel for a reasonable price. Free hot breakfast included with room. Rooms are spacious and ours included a fridge. Located right off the beltline for a quick trip into downtown. Safe and well lit.
