“Great place for a short or long visit!”
We stayed here for just one night after a long day of traveling. It was easy to check in and get settled and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a great deal, with many hot and cold options. I'd come back again just for the free breakfast!
“Wonderful experience”
The layout of the room was very homey. Typically hotel and motel rooms are arranged as a narrow corridor, with everything in a line. This was more like a real room, with a couch, a bed, the kitchen, and the bathroom in a set up that seemed roomier. It was very quiet, and the room darkening shades were great. The breakfast area was also nicely set up, with lots of natural light and a nice view. Some people chose to eat and visit while sitting on a couch or comfortable chair, while others sat at the tables. The choice of food was also good, much better than the minimalist items normally offered at motels.
“Great Stay in Madison”
I booked this hotel online and was not disappointed. We traveled with 2 kids who were more than happy to have their own room and TV. The pool was great as was the morning breakfast. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Free laundry was an added bonus since we were traveling from California. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with families. It was worth every dollar.

We always appreciate staying at the Staybridge in Madison, WI. We have always received very good service, along with meeting our privacy requests. The only problem we had was missing the early morning breakfast buffet because of attending an event. (This was scheduled for the weekend, when they apparently do not serve breakfast quite as early as during the weekdays.) Thanks you for the pleasant stay....
“Clean, comfortable”
Could not ask for more. We needed a place close to a wedding reception to spend the night because it was too far to drive home late at night. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff was gracious and helpful, as we got lost and had to go right to the wedding, and could not check in until late at night.
“Nice for a weekend away”
We stayed here for two nights for a reasonable price and, over all, it was very nice. Our original room hadn't been cleaned but the hotel staff switched us to a clean room immediately and apologized for the error. Our room was comfortably furnished and the breakfast was ample and tasty if unremarkable. We would definitely stay here again.
“Clean and comfortable suite”
We (my wife and I) were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite even we booked an 1-bedroom suite. Clean and comfortable bed and room. Nice 32: LG LCD TVs (1 in living room and 1 in each bedroom). Only shortcoming is: coffee in the lobby was sometimes 'old' and 'warm'.
“Very Nice Hotel”
The staff was very friendy. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. My daughter goes to UW Madison and the location is close to campus. There are nice restuarants and a movie theatre nearby. WhenI return to visit my daughter again I plan on staying here.
