“Pretty Good Hotel”
The hotel was excellent! The only thing was that it was in the business district, so we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Metro station. But it's only about 7 miles from the airport and the rates were pretty good. Breakfast was really good, but it cost 17 Euro and was not included in the hotel price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Buffet breakfast very good value sets you up for the day,all the staff are very helpful and polite,will be using this hotel again
“Great value”
Although the hotel is a little away from the centre of Madrid, access is easy. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. Internet access is free in all rooms. Ideal for the business traveler.
“Excellent - travelled alone and was really made to feel at home”
The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. A little out of Madrid, although only a 10minute walk to the metro and 10minute taxi ride into the centre. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, speaking good English and were always willing to help.

Nuevo Madrid is a brand-new hotel - beautifully designed and conveniently arranged. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has my highest recommendation!
“By the highway...but that can be a good thing”
Nicely appointed hotel with very helpful, accommodating staff. No neighborhood ambiance to speak of, but close to the airport, the (northern) train station, and just a 15 euro cab to downtown Madrid.

More than I expected... well maintained and clean!! More for less!!! I will recommend it to others!

I really like this hotel. It is brand new, the staff is very experienced and friendly. We had some issues that were resolved no questions asked. If I ever come back to visit Madrid, that's the place I will stay in.
“Met all of our needs”
We were looking to be close to a certain location and this hotel met our location needs. And then it turned out to be even nicer than we expected! I'm not sure if I would have stayed there if I wanted a location in the center of Madrid.
