“Great hotel and location”
Very modern, chic hotel in a fantastic location. 10 minute walk to museums, palace, opera house. 5 minute walk to Puerto del Sol and metro. Plaza Santa Ana where the hotel is located is filled with restaurants and is a charming location to dine outdoors. Next to the hotel is Tablao Villa-Rosa which has outstanding flamenco performances every evening. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. This is a moderately upscale hotel with fashionable bar and restaurant. I great romantic location for couples.

“One of the best locations in Madrid”
We rented two rooms for four nights. Our experience right from check in to check out was excellent. Hotel customer experience specialist Miriam spent lot of time explaining the amenities of the hotel, features of the room, places to visit, restaurants to eat etc. There is a Tapas place right next to the hotel called Lateral, which is excellent. We found the breakfast in the hotel to be expensive and found several good pastry shops and cafes very close to the hotel where you can have breakfast at a very reasonable price. We will definitely stay at ME Madrid during our next visit to Madrid. We also want to thank Expedia for upgrading one of our rooms.
“Fantastic Hotel!”
The hotel location is fantastic, only 10 minute walk from Sol metro station,and located on Plaza Santa Ana which is surrounded by a great choice of tapas bars and restuarants.. The hotel room (although slightly smaller than most) was clean, comfortable and modern. My husband enjoyed playing the variety of lighting option (inc purple) and flat screen tv, whilst i enjoyed the collection of luxurious toiletries... The staff were friendly and helpful and the turndown service complete with candle and chocolates was a nice touch.

Modern and classy with great staff, very clean, and excellent location. Would definitely look to stay in this hotel when coming back to Madrid.
“A Stylish Hotel in the centre of Madrid”
A very stylish hotel set in the centre of Madrid. From Plaza Santa Ana it's not more than 15 minutes walk to the main shopping areas, museums and nightlife. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. My only criticism is that our delux room was on the small side even for a standard sized room.
“Fabulous and can't wait to stay at their other hotels!”
This is a great hotel for its location and service. Located right in the ever popular Plaza Santa Ana, it offers easy access to major sites, public transportation, great food venues as well as venues for the evening. There is a multilingual staff who is very helpful and accommodating with hotel amenities and local queries.
“the best location you can imagine”
very nice, high tech. hotel, perfectly located in the middle of all attractions and places of interest. clean rooms, small thou. overpriced breakfast. freindly hotel workers.
“Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic location”
This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and the eleventh time we have stayed in this area,(we must like it)and would have are already planning our next trip here again, the hotel has a great lounge bar, restaurant and penthouse club witch has fantastic views of Madrid, the only downside is that it is expensive to drink and eat at the ME Madrid, however you pay for the surroundings and location as it is located in the plaza Santa Anna where their are many great tapas bars and the nightlife is legendary. I would also point out in my experiance Madrid is a very safe City any time of the day and night, just dont be silly with your belongings,just as you would back home.
