The vent in my bathroom did not work. The air conditioning did not work, but I was advised that the hotel did not turn it on until the summer months. I asked the hotel staff if they could change my room since the vent didn't work and the entire room and bathroom would get extremely hot after a shower or using the bathroom. They said all rooms are booked and full, but when I looked online, I saw there was rooms available for the nights that I needed..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Other than that, the hotel is in a very convenient location. Train station is a block and a half away. There's lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

The hotel is highly recommended. Staff very friendly and speak English. Very clean bed sheets and towels with all amenities in rooms. Beautiful location. Walking distance to a lot of things and taxis are available almost always.
