“A Great Resort for Children”
This hotel is well situated (about 50-100 metres from a good beach), has good swimming pools and a restaurant that serves good, local food (seafood). There is also a beach restaurant and a local restaurant that are very good (neither operated by the hotel). If your children like the beach and swimming then this is a great place.
“Very Nice”
If you're looking for a family oriented hotel, this is it. Even though was high season, we found the pools very clean and no problem finding a lounge. The restaurant is the highlight, the waiters went beyond every time. Our plan included Continental breakfast, but they allow us to choose the English breakfast (eggs included) at no extra charge. We had dinner almost every night at the hotel because the food was good, very reasonable priced (compared to the over-priced places in Marbella downtown) and included a different show every night! The beach is less than 10 min. walk. Secure parking. We would definitely go back!
“Marbella's finest...definitely recommending it!”
The hotel is a short distance from Malaga airport by car. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel's staff who were very accomodating. They showed us our villa where our family stayed for 4 days. We were given a 2 bedroom villa by the beach which is a plus. The villa is very clean and complete with all the facilities that we needed during our stay i.e. microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils, fridge and oven. Hence we were able to make home cooked meals on some days. It is also adjacent to several restaurants and big supermarkets. Also, the villa is very cozy and relaxing. I am definitely recommending this hotel and will book this again when our family comes back to Marbella.
“very satisfied”
This is the second time we have stayed at The Alanda and it was better than the first time. We requested a room at high level with sun - our visit was at the end of February - and this was supplied. The whole apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable and was very suited to our requirements. The Alanda facilities are very good and the bar area is a convenient rendezvous. The hotel location is very good with easy access to local shops, restaurants, golf courses, beaches etc. and also easy road access for travelling around the Costa del Sol. With friends living in the Elvira area we shall stay there again.
“Awesome”
Great views market near Bars near beach near nice helpfull ppl realy nice place to relax hope to back again soon
“Very impressed”
The hotel was beautiful, sunny balcony, great swimming pools and loungers. Very friendly staff, restaurant lovely, food excellent. Beach 5 min away from the hotel, just down the road. Beautiful, white sand beach stretching out, meaning plenty of space. Great weather even in March (22-23 degrees). Supermarket just across the road - basic but ok kitchen in the apartment, although I ate in the restaurant most nights. Awful entertainment but the city is only a cab ride away. All in all, excellent hotel, would definitely recommend it!
“Great family accommodation.”
Alanda Club Marbella is a great family destination. We stayed during halloween break so were glad of the indoor heated pool! The apartments are well equipped and the washing machine/tumble dryer ensured we came home with little washing, a definite bonus! Club House menu had something for everyone and the children loved it. Play Park was used lots. Would consider a return visit.
“Good complex”
Well maintained and good service. Good pools and couple of minutes from the beach. We enjoyed our trip.
“Superb 40th Wedding Anniversary”
Spent 10 days at the Alanda Club Marbella for our 40th Wedding Anniversary in March 2007. The size of the hotel was just right, you were made to feel important. Accomodation and all of the facilities available were excellent. All of the staff(partucularly the reception)were superb, the restuarant served beautifully prepared meals in the evenings with such a choice of menu, again the service being faultless. The hotel maid service was never intrusive, spotless detail to cleaning. Location of the hotel was 2 minutes off the N340 giving excellent access to any place to visit. Very highly recommended whether it be for couples or family groups. Ideal place for future holiday's with our 5 grown up children and 6 grandchildren.
“Soo Clean and Friendly”
This is a very clean complex with the nicest staff I have ever encountered. I think you would benifit from hiring a car.
