“Perfect for our needs”
The Hotel San Francisco was the perfect choice for our trip. The room was clean, cool, and had all the utilities we needed. Admittedly the television was stuck on one channel but that didn't bother us, as the channel was highly amusing. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel really is situated in a fantastic position in Ronda. However, I would recommend that one person you are travelling with can speak Spanish, otherwise you could struggle a little. You can find everything from walking from the hotel, and it is just behind the main shopping street. The hotel is the perfect choice for people who simply want to store their clothes and have a comfortable place to sleep. Don't expect wonders from the hotel, but for the price, the hotel is a brilliant place to stay.
“Superb budget accomodation”
Excellent location, perfect service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, no-frills place to stay!
“Great place to stay in Ronda”
Five of us stayed two nights in 3 rooms and found it affordable, clean and centrally located. Good quiet air conditioning. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away in an underground lot for 8 Euro (regular price about 17). Very helpful staff.
“Great Value Beautiful Rooms”
We booked this with doubts because the price was low, and after a long bus ride were hoping for a good place. We found the hotel fairly easily- a nice downhill walk from the bus station. We were shocked to find gorgeous rooms with neat balconies and comfortable beds. The desk staff was friendly and spoke English better than my Spanish (not too tough). We got room 303 and it had a really neat feature- a little door that led to a roof patio overlooking Ronda. We stayed only one night to explore other places, but it was a wonderful deal. Breakfast was decent, but with so many options, you could do better. (Coffee was terrible.)
“Very nice hotel, and unexpensive”
The hotel is very simple, but the location is great, the room was large and comfortable, and the price was low. If you don't care about fancy lobbies or bellboys, select this hotel and you won't regret it.
“great surprise!”
after staying in a not so nicely cared for hostal in another town, i felt like i was in heaven arriving at this hotel. it was clean, pretty and comfy. i stayed several nights cause it was so nice. and such a good price.
“Hotel San Francisco, Ronda, Spain”
No TV remotes in the room - had to ask at front desk & they did not have any. TV in room was not working - could not switch me to another room or take a remote from another room. Front desk could not tell me how to phone my friend´s room from my room. No wake up service available.
“Great value in a cute hotel!”
Great value for a room with comfort and character. Hotel staff was friendly. Overall, this was the best value we received on a hotel during our stay in Spain. Quick walk to all sites, free breakfast, adorable room, and all for a great price! Not a two star hotel for sure!
“good location, friendly staff”
we took the bus from sevilla to ronda. it was generally close to the bus and train station, within walking distance. there is no need for a car or public transportation while in town, everything is in walking distance. it was really close to the bridge and restaurants, one street away from the main street. the staff spoke english, very friendly and helpful. the room was a good size and quiet. the bathroom was really big. downsides. there was hair in the bed when we checked in and no internet connection. the bridge is worth the trip, it is truly amazing and we would go back in a second.
“Nice place to stay”
Good location, good room, clean and nice hotel. Breakfast offered in the morning at extra charge.
