Honeymoon Special
Book your flight and 7 nights at the hotel in a "Honeymoon Special" rate category 1 April – 23 December 2012 for travel during the same period and receive the following:
Blackout Dates: 18 – 27 August, 29 September to 6 October, and 27 October to 5 November 2012. Rate is only valid for honeymooners whose travel dates fall up to 6 months after their wedding date. Proof of marriage is required. Marriage documentation must be presented for each room booked on the honeymoon special rate, and must be presented to the hotel at check-in. If adequate marriage documentation is not presented at check-in, the hotel reserves the right to amend the rate. Adequate documentation includes official marriage certificate.

AmenitiesThe Retreats are a perfect blend of W’s innovative architectural design and contemporary living esthetics with island village simplicity. Each features an extensive state of the art BOSE sound system, 42” plasma screen TV, CD/DVD, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, plunge pools, barbecues for private dining, outdoor tropical showers and day beds for lolling in the lap of luxury. Smooth, stylish interior design and all the modern gadgetry one could possibly need are an integral part of the appeal.

There is an eclectic mix of 6 bars and restaurants at the W Maldives. KITCHEN, the all day dining bistro; FIRE, where you have your choice of 4 different barbeques, provide menus for everyone’s palate. Swim up to the pool bar WET and order a light lunch. For a chilled sunset, enjoy a cocktail and nibbles at SIP. Next door is FISH – the signature seafood restaurant set over the water and under the star; a beautiful great way to soak in the atmosphere and perhaps see a shooting star. There is even a dining option on your own schedules island, Gaathafushi. 15 BELOW, the place to see and be seen, is the only true nightclub in the Maldives, with its own resident DJ and set underground.

“Luxury”
A very beautiful, quiet, clean and luxorioushotel.
“Very good hotel in a paradise but food not so good”
The hotel itself is a clearly WOW. It' s on its own island which is a real paradise for divers, snorkelers and swimmers. Only the hotel restaurants are not so good at all. The best restaurant is clearly FIRE, the other two are just mediocre while FISH is clearly not recommendable at all. The waiters there are not attentive and don't execute the orders as given and the food was also not worth the price and not well. Here they need clear improvement.
“Improvement in service”
We stayed for a day in the water villa and was amazed by the property instantly. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful "except" for a few that have got really bad attitude.We really hope W could do more with training of the staff as it carries the Legendary Starwood name. Other than that everything is perfect, perfect retreat to anyone.
