“Would highly recommend”
Great location, only 15-20 min drive by car from Airport. Great amenities. Comfortable suits. Very good place to swim and enjoy the see. Small beach though, but very still water even in the windy days, when other places were prohibitively full of dirt because of high surf. Friendly stuff. Food is so-so and expensive in the 2 hotel restaurants. But having the car we could easily reach the neighboring PalmaNova, with great variety of restaurants and cafe (just hard to find the parking spot there). Very close to the major highway to go wherever you choose. Good place to stay. Staying in the one of the remotest villas didn't have WiFi service in the suite, but could find the spots on the location.
“best location...wonderful view”
our experience was good. the best thing about the hotel is its excellent location, . we loved to sit on its terrace , the hotel had a lovely beautiful view and 2 pools, the staff was friendly no exception our only comments. the AC in the room was very weak, we were sweating during the night. the bed sheets had black stains on the side of the bed.the breakfast wasnt impressive no crepe no waffles and all cold cuts are pork. we dont eat it. and the hotel look as a 4 star hotel not 5.

Super Location, staff real nice Breakfast as in all 4 star Hotels.... no fresh juice, only the boiled eggs come from chicken, ... but Nespresso à volonté - what a treat in comparison to the usual dirty water served as coffee In this category, the Hotel owners change every few years, a new one comes in and spends a little money on paint, cashes in for a few season, runs the infrastructure further down the reoad and sells again. Details like squiking doors, Temperature changes in the showerwater or missing joints between slates are things, no one is responsible for.
“Fantastic views and brilliant, clean rooms”
The hotel has an absolute waterfront location, which makes for great views from the rooms, pool area and restaurant. The hotel is located at Calvia, which is not really a town, and is about 20-30 min walk from the action of Palma Nova. If you don't want to eat at the hotel and don't have a car, this may be a bit of a problem. That said, breakfast appears to be included in all the tariffs and is a reasonably good buffet comprising English, German and Spanish favourites. The only downsides were: (i) the bed - it was two singles pushed together under a double sheet, but without the usual cover that makes it like a double bed - a bit uncomfortable; and (ii) the English language TV stations (basically just a small handful of UK freeview channels - sure you're not there to watch TV, but some good sport/lifestyle channels wouldn't have gone astray for the down times).
