“Overall Satisfied”
The only problem I had was that some staff had trouble understanding English. Had problems asking for specific things because of this. I would definately recommend the hotel though, great pool! And the cocktails at the pool-side bar were delish! (4 euros)
“Good value”
Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Corridors were a bit dowdy - but who cares about the corridors!!!
“very big hotel,very popular”
This hotel is big and busy,theres always people comming and going,the pool area is very big and impressive,but you will have to get up early if you want a sunbed.The rooms are what you would expect from a self catering holiday clean but basic although they do have air conditioning which is good not only to cool you down after a hot days sunbathig but also to drown out the noise of young kids and adults making a noise and slamming doors late at night,this is because the downstairs bar is open till 1 o'clock in the morning,its a lot more enjoyable if you dont try to go to bed early. This hotel is situated in a great position with only a ten minute walk to the beach at palma nova which is fantastic and the restaurants are great too.
“Not bad”
This hotel was not quite what we were expecting, but we had an excellent stay there. The rooms were nice, but a little run down. The pool was beautiful, and the staff were very nice and helpful and suggested restaurants and places to go. The location was pretty good; we had a rental car and was able to drive to the main shopping areas no problem. It's not quite the location we wanted, but it did have a nearby beach and the bigger ones were accessible by (a long) walk. It is not actually in Calvia--we drove there and it is nowhere near the beach. The hotel is actually down the road a bit from the Magaluf area. There were no views from any rooms except of the pool; the other side could look out upon some construction, but no beach view. It may have been the time of year we went (late May) but our hotel seemed to play host to many older people. And they liked to party late. I think my husband and I might have been the youngest people in the hotel (29 &25). But overall we had a good time there, and were satisfied with our hotel.
“So long as you don't mind the noise!”
We were a party of 6 on a cricket tour and found this hotel was just right for our needs. There were a party of lads on a stag night who became very noisy. However they were given a warning by the staff, who were efficient, helpful and spoke good English. On the whole a recommendation if you are prepared to put up with some noise. Highly recommended for disabled travellers.

“The Retirement Home”
This hotel has a great outdoor pool that is very nice and an indoor pool which is really warm and luxury after a night out on the town. The Service is good. The quality of the room is okay but there was a leaking hole in the ceiling. So the hotel is good although dont be suprised if you're the youngest person there unless you're over 80 years old.
“Vora Nova, July 3-12”
The hotel rooms were very spacey with lots of room and large balconies. It is in a nice location, a 3/4 minute walk to the beach with lots of a restaurants and shops near by. It is roughly a 25/30 minute walk to Magaluf, but it doesn't seem that long as there's lots to look at on the way. We got a taxi from the airport which was about 20/30 minutes. It cost 35 euros one way, and 25 the other. The only problem we had with this hotel was the lack of maid service. We only recieved new towels 3 times in 8 days. It didn't really affect us much, but it would have been better if we had new towels more frequently. The pool is farely large compared to other hotels nearby. It was full of young groups of people in July, and not too many families. Overall, we had a nice stay in the Voranova and would recommend this hotel.
