“Clean and friendly apartment hotel^^”
Very clean, comfortable apartment hotel. I think it was very good price for this apartment hotel^^ We had a good holiday and if we go to Mallorca again we will go back to Ola Aparthotel Isabel^^

“Good family hotel”
Self, wife and two kids (5 and 3) stayed in August 2007 and had a good time in this family-friendly hotel. Good points: Reception staff and service generally. Pool is very good, although the kids part is quite small. Good security against children wandering out of the hotel. Rooms clean (serviced every other day) and adequate for the level of hotel. Kids club, which our two quite enjoyed when they went. Bad points: The corridors were noisy at night (especially ours near a stair-well on the ground floor): Some people weren't respectful of children in bed by 20:00, especially from those returning from bars, the hotel evening entertainment, or people arriving/leaving early or late with wheeled suitcases. Upper floors may be better. The hotel food wasn't great, but it was quite cheap.

Exelent place for relax and great time in Mallorca

For us this was a great hotel. It was very clean and simple and had all the amenities we needed. We really only slept there as were out at the beach all day. If you want a quiet lie by the pool i wouldnt recommend it as it is full of kids running around but as a base which is what we used it as it was great and we would go again.
“not impressed”
We arrived at the hotel at about 1am. The man on the reception desk was most unhelpful & surly. He just pointed vaguely in the direction of our room, no offer of help wiht our cases. There should have been welcome amenities in our room but there wasn't even a bottle of water. The room was clean but maid service was eratic & trying to get towels was almost impossible. The pool was small but very clean. It says on their web page that there is a restaurant but when I asked what time it opened the receptionist just laughed & said it didn't! The beach is not 300 metres as stated but a bus ride away, which is ok if you know it. Having said all this, most of the staff were plesant & helpful(although I don't think we saw the barman crack a smile all week) & we had a fairly good time. I do not however think this is a 3 star hotel as stated. It may have been once, but not any more.
