“Wonderful city centre hotel”
We were very pleased with the hotel, asking for and being given a quiet spacious room high up. No complaints.
“Best location!”
I really reccomend this hotel! Best location - close to the coach station, close to Piccadily station, to the main attraction! Great!
“Very handy and pleasant - would definitely come back”
It was a great location for the shopping, bars and concert we went to and not at all noisy. The room was commfortable and if I had to nit pick, the shower could have been a bit better. I would definitely come back
“Brittania Hotel highly satisfactory”
Room was comfortable -- not luxurious, but clean and large enough so that I did not feel cramped. Room did not have a window, as was mentioned before I booked it, but did have a skylight, so there was natural light. Rooms include Interent access at no additional cost. Price of the room was excellent. My only complaint is that the cost of breakfast was not included, but the breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was excellent and not overpriced.
“Great location,Friendly Staff, An iron would be nice! and 12 0 clock check out not 11”
No problems here, Value for money at Expedia prices.
“Superb Hotel in Manchester”
The character of the hotel was fantastic. Bit of a time warp with the added bonus of being different in style. Staff were very friendly and warm. If i ever go back to Manchester i will do my upmost to go back to the Britania Hotel. Superb place
“Great hotel!”
Great hotel for the price we got through expedia. Very classy, friendly and accomodating staff, comfortable rooms, restaurants and bar in hotel...etc! We only stayed for one night but were very satisfied, particularly for the price as we traveled through europe and spent the same amount of money on much worse hotels/hostels. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to main areas of the city but is right beside Picadilly station and Picadilly Park.
“so impressed. Best choice.”
Great value, recommended!!.
“Superb Stay”
The hotel is in a excellent location and the staff are professional and very helpfull with a good friendly vibe and good sense of humour.
“Good location, decent rooms, good value”
I had read many things about The Britannia Hotel before I booked the room through Expedia. The room was centrally located, everything we wanted to do was in short walking distance. The room itself was perfect for our needs. It didn't have a window but because we were on the top floor we had a skylight. There was maid service everyday but they just made the bed didn't change the sheets and only sometimes gave new towels or changed the trash. This was annoying at first but overall the room was satisfying. The TV had about 7 channels, maybe eight. They did give us tea cookies, hot chocolate and tea. The room service was good - there is a pizza place down stairs that has half price pizzas in the afternoons. Oh and the bars located in the side of the hotel (which as a resident you get in for free) were pretty bumpin and a good value for drinks before going elsewhere.
