“Excellent Value for Money”
We stayed in this hotel for one night. The service was good and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again, very impressed for the price.

“Good hotel, no complaints”
The hotel was in a central location with Tesco right over the road for any forgotton necessesities which is a lot cheaper than the hotel reception. Rooms very clean and comfortable, quiet rooms considering how close to a main road it is. Would stay here again.

This is a hotel in my home town and we weren't expecting the stay to be as loud and noisy as it was especially as the hotel is located a few minutes out of the busy King Street area. The rooms were expensive for what they provided too. We had booked several rooms for family and friends and this may be why we were put on the 5th floor which is in dire need of restoration and which turned out to be a noisy floor with people arguing and fighting late at night, kicking doors etc.....disappointed as this let down what was a good weekend.
“Down at heel and in need of refurb”
Nice friendly staff, but not much else to say in favour of this hotel. There seem to have been some half-hearted attempts to spruce it up, but once you get past the bar area it's dingy and gloomy. Bathroom had old fittings with cracked sink and dirty floor. Walls were very thin and you could hear neighbours' TV and hear then moving about. Not next to the lift, but could hear it all the time - when it stops makes a loud sound like an elephant sighing. Not recommended!
