“Magnificent experience, value for money.”

My hotel experience was very good. This hotel is superb when it comes to conveniece to shopping and anything you need because of its proximity to the Robinsons Galleria. I would definitely come back for another stay and would recommend it to my friends and relatives.

“Great Staff!”

When I arrived the room was a double not a single king size bed that I had requested. The hotel immediately rectified the mistake. There was a concert in the hotel and the staff was able to aquire 2 VIP tickets for the dinner and show. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

“Clean classy and convenient”

excellent location connected to Robinson Mall and walking distance to Mega mall and Podium. Building across the street looks like it was burnt in a fire and then abondoned but most people just try not to look at it.

“Excellent rooms and service”

We had stayed next door at the Holiday Inn Galleria several times, and felt it was good value for the modest price. In April 2009 we paid a little more to try the Crowne Plaza, and were delighted with the beautiful rooms and the excellent service. Highly recommended.

“Excellent value”

“Very good stay”

Rooms spacious, clean and an impressive room service at 3am. Hotel is closed to shopping malls. Unfortunately, checking in was not as fast as checking out, they still took quite sometime to check me in eventhough I have booked through expedia a day before my arrival.

“Great hotel, location, and service”

The location of the hotel was great. It's adjacent to the Robinson's Galleria Mall. It's near Greenhills, Makati, and Quezon City. The staff were very courteous. Someone actually helped me with my bags to the lobby when he saw me getting out of my room. Maid service was also great. The only negative was the price of the Internet connection which was about $20 a day. That's twice the going rate of the average hotel. Aside from that I would definitely stay again at the Crowne Plaza Galleria on my next visit.

“A great place to stay!”

We were very happy we chose this hotel, staff were very helpful and very corteous. The room was very clean, although some of the cabinets need some updating as I notice there were a lot of scratches they were clean though. I love this hotel because the hotel bldg itself has a bridge going to the Robinson Mall which is very convenient. You didn't have to go anywhere else for shopping and if you want a place to eat it's just a walking distance. I will recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
