“Service with a smile.”

Superb hotel with excellent amenities and in a great location for surrounding restaurants and shopping. However the greatest asset this hotel has are the staff. Service with a smile and a willingness to help and assist abounds. A well maintained hotel and if you do have any problems they are quickly attended to. Highly recommended and a hotel I will definitely use again, and again.

“Gotta Go Back and Stay at InterCon!”

My stay has been a great experience and the personnel were excellent and very hospitable to the max! The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that the view from my hotel was the roof. Would prefer next time if they could put me to the north side or facing the Makati Commercial shopping center!

“Prestige location, handy to airport and shops, I felt safe and at home.”

Intercontinental Makati lives up to its prestige service and location. One will instantly feel safe with the security staff thorough screening of vehicles and visitors coming into the building. Road marshalls directing traffic and assisting people cross roads is a plus and security personnel are visible along shopfronts making one feel safe and at ease and just enjoy shopping to your heart's content. Everything is cheap from fresh fruits, restaurant food to designer and traditional goods. I will definitely go back to explore more and stay longer.
