“"Great value, Great people and clean rooms"”

I did't have a great expectation about the hotel because the price, but I must say, that was a lovely stay, the rooms are very clean and the staff is so frendly and polite also you have a mall just a few meters from the hotel with nice restaurants and live music and in 15mints by taxi you are in the centre of Manila. Thank you all the staff and defenitly I will come back.

The room I stayed in was roomy. I found out that other rooms were not as roomy. Make sure you pick the corner rooms. Cleanliness was very good although some guests left their trash outside their doors. You have to request room cleaning. It is not automatic. Overall, this hotel is cheap for the stay. A fridge and kitchen comes with the rooms. I compared the rates, room size and other features, this place is a bargain. It is not too close to the night clubs as other hotels are where it is busy until the morning hours. It is walking distance to the clubs and restaurants some open 24 hrs.

Staff were very friendly. Very reasonable room rate. Very near to all restaurants in the area. For sure, Very clean. I will come back again.

“The Place To Be”

The Isabelle Royal Hotel & Suites is a great place to stay with very good rates. It is convenient from the airport and shopping is also close, with many good restaurants nearby.

My hotel was 1 of only few that maintained electricity for my compleat stay during the worst typhoon in over 40 yrs. no loss of air condition, or cable which made my stay very good. Only minus was some bugs, but they are at every place you stay in the PI.

“Perfect for the cost”

This is everything that you need a low cost hotel to be. Completely comfortable, tidy, hot water, nice helpful people, etc. If you are a fancy person this is not the place for you - but if you are non-profit business traveler or a casual traveler this is perfect.

I enjoyed the hotel very much. Taxi driver had a problem finding it. Front desk and bell boy were very friendly. I would go back again.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

Although I had the smallest of the apartments, I was pleasantly surprised considering how little I paid for the first four days of my stay. The apartment consisted of one very small room with multilingual TV, a Shower with hot water and Toilet in the middle, and a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove & dining room area. Bed was firm -- the way I like it. Extra toiletries, towels, toilet paper, are all on request. Blanket & utensils are on request. Cleaning service is on request -- Be sure to ask the receptionist or your room does not get cleaned. The place was clean but cockroaches were present like in many places in the Philippines. I brought my own soap, toiletries and towels. The hotel's towels were ok -- just that they lent you only two bath towels. Free Wi-Fi is only at their small lobby area. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms for a charge. Basic breakfast is delivered to room or taken in the dining area of the hotel. The hotel is located near restaurants, a mini-mart, and a drug store. Friendly staff. Good place to stay if you are on a budget and are willing to forego the luxury. The rate I got from Expedia was less than half what they charged when you just walk in.
